Walmart Supercenter

I had just left Orielly’s auto parts store with $200.00 cash and I spent $38 . I went into Walmart and purchased at a self checkout , My total was $59.81 and I put $60 into the machine and it asked for an additional $10 . I knew I had been over charged. When I went back to the car I took a look at my orielly’s receipt and my change given back was $61.81 . I went into Walmart to report it to customer service and spoke to a manager she went to the store manager and said she reviewed the cameras and I put 2 fives in then a $20 dollar bill , which she showed me on her phone and the video had been reversed. I asked her to count the drawer and she refused to , she was very rude as if I went waste my time lying about being over charged. I feel very unheard and I have worked as a CSM and I would never argue back and forth with a customer about the amount of money they were short of. I told her I would not be coming back there and to keep the $10 and they have a terrible business. She mumbled something smart under her breathe upon my leaving. She should be fired.

There starting to slack on some common items I usually get... Nothing fancy, ibuprofen, certain hygiene products... But mostly the meals I get for my lunch... It's at least 3 times a week one or more of the food items I always get are not available. Not 2 months ago this issue wasnt a problem.. and open more registers in the AM.....

Wonderful I don't know why but shopping here is more convenient than past shopping activities. Your corporation just makes life one more monkey off your worried back,thanks a lot Walmart. Your the best.

Always make us feel like they think we are stealing at self check out. Very rude. 80% of the employees are on their phones and will COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU. It's unbelievable that they get away with it as much as they do . And it's EVERY TIME

Unprofessional workers! Always packed with the rudest people in Alabama! I guess people here forgot how to say excuse me! Took 30 mins just to get a battery changed because the guy who was supposed to change it was joking around with one of the other service guys! The quality of customer service is pathetic! The atmosphere is terrible!!

Very clean. I was surprised on the clothing selection and prices. Honestly I haven’t shopped in a Walmart store in quite awhile. 100% organic cotton men’s tshirts for $10!

It is necessary to improve the maintenance of shelf stock levels. There are consistently numerous items not placed on the shelves; however, they are visible and available in stock on the risers.
