Frisco Lake Park

I absolutely adore this park. I walk here everyday. The sunset views are spectacular. Also love watching the small family of herons. They just had a baby! It's so cute 💕

It has a nice walking trail. There are spots for specific exercises around the park. They have a lot of park benches and porch swings to sit and relax. Nature is beautiful, but the lake is full of trash.

A friend and I went to the park on a Tuesday afternoon. We walked around, enjoying the scenic lake, water fowl, and resting on the benches. Others were also enjoying the park and its playground.

This park was a hidden gem for us that we spotted driving along Old Hwy 56. It has a paved walking trail with mature trees, boat ramp, fishing docks, sheltered picnic tables, sightings of geese, ducks, cranes, benches, water fountain for people and pets, dog bag station, exercise stations, stocked fish, at least three small parking lots and a soft turf playground all surrounding a lake.

We walk here every day and it’s next to La Fresca 😋. Everyone’s friendly at the lake and we have a lot of fun. This is a snowman that my dog discovered this morning and apparently his name is Dilan. My husband once almost accidentally apprehended a beaver. He shown the flashlight on the beaver. The beaver slowly turned around, raised his hands in the air, then looked back at the lake and dove in like that scene from The Fugitive. This is a nice place to have fun and relax.

This is a beautiful park with a lake! I love the scenery at this location,so many trees and benches. There isn’t much parking available so expect they when arriving. I definitely will return to explore nature or even have a reservation for an outdoor event.

It's an easy loop on even surface. ( Perfect with people who have some mobility issues.) In the summer you can see fish, turtles, geese, and ducks!
