Beaches Tanning and Spa

I absolutely love Beaches Tanning Center in Orem! The staff here are so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they are incredibly efficient, even when it’s really busy. They always remember my name, which makes the experience feel so personal, and the entire place is kept spotlessly clean at all times. One thing I really appreciate is how organized they are — they can even get you in line for another service while you’re already doing one, which saves so much time. If there’s ever a wait, the massage chairs are amazing and make it relaxing instead of inconvenient. The sunless package is honestly incredible. The red light therapy has noticeably helped clear my skin and soften fine lines, and the cocoon helps me so much when I’m sore from the gym or even when I’m on my period. It’s such a game changer for recovery and relaxation. I also love that they always make sure to let me know about things I’m already paying for in my membership, like the moisture spray, so I never miss out on benefits. They offer so many services, and I especially love that there are tons of options with no UV light, since I don’t want to use tanning beds. Beaches truly has something for everyone, and I recommend it to anyone looking for self-care, recovery, or just a relaxing experience. This place is the best!

One on one, they provide great service. Just wish it didn’t take the employees 5-10 minutes to acknowledge you waiting in line to check in and idk why it seems like they have to work in pairs and not independently. I usually only have 30 ish minutes at a time to run in and see if I can get in and usually 10 minute wait for a room is fine, but not if it takes them that long to even tell me what the wait time is. I wasn’t going to write a review but it’s been a consistent occurrence just about every time I go in.

Haylee is amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She always takes time to answer questions and makes sure everything is just right for me to be golden brown, not red! Beaches is lucky to have her!

I am new to tanning so when I went in I asked a TON of questions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They facilities are always clean which is very important to me! I gave four stars because one time I felt a bit led astray on a product and then when I went in yesterday and asked about being able to put in for the raffle I was told by one person that she didn’t know anything about it and another person said she wasn’t sure how to do it.

Itelynn and Kenlee are always so cheerful and helpful. They both make such great recommendations and are highly knowledgeable about the beds, spa services, and lotions. They are a big reason why we come to this location!

Addie helped me at the Orem location. She was very helpful and walked me through the entire salon. She was so sweet and willing to answer all my questions as well as give me advice on the different lotions and intensifiers. I wish she was at the Orem location
