Mineral Springs Lake Resort

Just came back home from camping here. It was our first time there. I was impressed how clean the cabins are. Everything is supplied , plenty of linens, towels, all the right utensils, coffee maker and ice cold fridge. Everything seem new or newer. Plenty of space for us. Beds are comfortable and no bed bugs. The cabins sit on lakeside with a view of the lake And close to the convenience, store restaurants and beach. They have golf cart rentals with golf cart trails that are over 7 miles long. They had live entertainment with bingo and a live band. That was awesome. The owner Melissa is super attentive and kind. Donna cleans these cabins so well I’m sure you will not be disappointed in the level of cleanliness! The restaurant food was delicious, we tried their pickle pizza and I have to say, you just got to get it and try it. I loved it. They have good French fries and Cobb salad too. This camp ground is a gem that is adventurous and relaxing. I read some reviews about prices but everything has gone up. All our regular camping places are tripled since COVID but I time with family and making memories are always money well spent.

The place is massive with lots to do, swimming with water trampolines, the ice berg climbing wall and other floatable’s. You can also rent boats and kayak. The lake is really big and is fun to go out on the water and check out. I believe the entire place is over 500 acres. Yes, you have to pay to swim but the kids all loved it and it’s only 6 bucks totally worth it. Swimming is in a designated area as well but plenty of room to move around. I think it’s worth checking out and overall a fun get away.

Visited a family member who camp's here. It was nice but people drive around blasting music and way too many kids driving golf carts unsupervised.

Wish they had a 0 for the rating! 8.00 a person to get in with ONLY 2 INFLATABLES, Ridiculous to say the least! Out in the middle of BFE and don’t take Cash! Water was Filthy!/Seating area by the beach is equivalent to 4 master bathrooms "at the least" Need to Charge less or Make it better for the Price.

This resort has so much potential. We are first year campers and there is so much we love. There are things that could be better (like any business - we don't expect perfection). I wish the 'quiet times' would be enforced. There seems to be a laissez-faire attitude about some rules. I understand that the new owners are making many changes so we may have arrived at the right time. We hope to spend many years here enjoying our summer lake view campsite! The resort store is pretty cool. Nicely stocked. The new golf cart trails are super fun. If you are looking for fun you can find it at Mineral Springs. We are looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy the crystal clear water!!!!!

Pretty sure I've already left a review about here, but Google just prompted me. Love it here, the staff is always funny and friendly. We love the trails, and the lake is gorgeous. Crystal clear water, a fun obstacle course that floats in the swimming area. Our three year old son even does it. Cannot wait till the trails open up so we can start going back. We have a camper down here, and have made some friends.
