Puerto Rico Latin Bar & Grill

The food was really good. I had the carne frita and mofongo which was really good and soft. They give you a caldito to put over but tbh it didn’t need it. The carne frita was well seasoned. Some fatty parts I could’ve done without. The pork chops were good as well as the rice and beans. The tostones are homemade and were good. Wish there was more garlic other than a mojito style one. The alcapuria was good but small. The flan was delicious. The best I’ve had in the states away from PR. The owner was super nice and welcoming. The prices were a tad overpriced in my opinion but everything is expensive nowadays. Food was good food 🇵🇷.

Wonderful time! Drinks were very good! Food was delicious! Server was attentive and kind. The restaurant itself is beautiful and reminds me of the island. The music was a nice touch and had me dancing in my seat. I'm thankful to have this place in Arizona!

This place feels like family! I am so impressed. I was here last week with my husband and mother in law. The door was held open for us on the ways in and out. On the way to the restroom, someone said to my unilingual mother in law (haha), "Hi, madre!" Our server spoke mostly Spanish and she was very patient with us. I used my terrible Spanish that I almost never practice to order for the table and ask for the things we needed. She was incredibly attentive and considerate. Food was amazing and as authentic as it gets. Flavors, colors, textures, everything was on point! We had tostones, pollo guisado, pernil, arroz con gandules! Everything was delicious. The pollo guisado tasted just like my grandma’s. I felt so proud that my little family got to experience my culture’s delicious food as well as the warmth of my people. I’m beyond eager to visit again.

Wow I felt like I was back at home at moms house. Everything was amazing!! The alcapurrias, yuca, arroz con gandules to the pernil and carne guisada. The service was on point. The flan was so creamy and the tembléque was perfect. I cannot wait to come back here. Praise Jesus! Que se vaya con dios 🙏

Fun & friendly environment. Super fast seatimg & service. We dined in & admired their decor & Puerto Rico superstar althletes memorbilia on display. Everything the 3 of us had was made fresh & tasted phenomenal.
