Natural Bridge Caverns

Natural Bridge Caverns was an absolutely amazing experience. The guided tour was incredibly informative and engaging; our guide explained the history, geology, and formations in such an interesting way that it never felt boring. You could really tell they were knowledgeable and passionate about the caverns. The 1-hour tour flew by in an instant because there was always something fascinating to look at or learn. Every turn had unique formations, and the lighting made everything even more impressive. I loved how the guide answered questions and shared fun facts along the way. Overall, it was a very well-organized, educational, and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area; yperfect for all ages and definitely worth it!

Amazing experience at the Natural Bridge Caverns! We visited on a weekend in December, did the Discovery Tour (which is best if you’re visiting the Caverns for the first time). It’s about 60-70 min experience. A good amount of walking, steps, incline, can get wet on the ground too. So bring comfortable sneakers. It’s an experience for all ages! Our guide Maddy (Maddie?) was awesome and energetic! Thank you! - recommend buying tickets online to reserve your preferred time slot. Otherwise, you’ll risk waiting there, could get lucky or if it’s super busy you might be waiting for a while. - Parking is about $10, paid through a QR code online and info is posted in the parking lot. I take 1 star off just because of how they start off with making the tour guide take group pics of everyone at the beginning of the tour. They keep it relatively efficient, but why have everyone line up in a tight, claustrophobic area waiting for people to take their photos? If they had another employee dedicated to taking photos for those who only actually want to purchase one, that would be better. I get the business tactic behind it though.

The place was good. I had to wait around two hours due to the public holiday. It is more kid friendly as there are playing stuffs for them. There are resturants along with adequate parking space. Ticket is needed to go to the cave. The total trip is around 30-45 min within the cave as they pass information along the way. The lighting in the place was good enough to take photos. It would be better if it was there all the time. For me, it is one time visit.

Beautiful cave. Katie at ticket front is wonderful, I have some problems but she help me fixing it. It hot inside the cave so dress properly. GOOD SNEAKER IS A MUST! WET FLOOR!!! Overall it a fun experience for the kids. Groupon have a good discount on ticket. In sum, it a beautiful cave and service. I will be back next time. I recommend do discover tour for the first time

Great tour to do with kids and family if you are in the San Antonio area. The tickets are a bit expesive so try to book online or get coupons from local hotels to save some bucks. The tours are narrated and well guided. Very cool cave with good walking trails and handrails. The cave is not cold but wear good shoes with grip. Outside also lot of activities and maze for kids. Parking is plenty but they will charge about 11 usd with tax

I recently visited Natural Bridge Caverns, and it was an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean, and well-maintained. The guided tour takes you deep into the caverns, where you get to see incredible rock formations, clear pools, and beautiful natural details that were formed over thousands of years. The walking paths are safe and easy to follow, but the humidity is high, so it’s good to be prepared. The tour guides are knowledgeable and explain everything in a simple and engaging way. There are also fun activities outside the caverns like the maze, gem mining, and the ropes course, which makes it a great spot for families and kids. Overall, Natural Bridge Caverns is definitely worth visiting — educational, unique, and a beautiful nature experience you don’t want to miss.

Natural bridge caverns are really great. We did a discovery tour that lasted around 1 hr 30 mins. Got to know the history and scientific process for the formation of these rocks. It was a great experience looking at the stalagmite and stalactite formation and going deep around 60 meters. Will definitely recommend. There are other near by activities as well for kids and adults.
