Pass-A-Grille Southwest Beach

Already a great place to fish, walk, shell and suntan. This is always one of the great areas to fish at any time of day, suntan and relax with your family. There is another side of this beach which is pet friendly. See ya there.

Lounge, shop, eat, repeat! This is my favorite beach. It has transformed since hurricanes Milton & Helene and the jetty was rebuilt. This is where I go shelling. I often witness small weddings on the beach. A unique feature is the Freebee Shuttle Enjoy free, on-demand, door-to-door rides around St. Pete Beach in 100% electric vehicles. Freebee serves all ages (and pets!) and offers booster seats for children. Simply request a ride or flag one down. Drivers are city-compensated, so tips aren’t accepted.

Tranquility and serenity is yours for the taking at this naturally beautiful beach. Water waves and sea shells whisper sweet melody’s in your ears. Soft breeze and calm seas at Pass A Grille Southwest Beach. I absolutely love spending time here with family and friends. It’s like having your own private little piece of paradise!

This has got to be the most stunning beach in all of the Tampa bay area! I absolutely love coming here there’s always a brisk breeze going, tons of cool seagulls, there is street parking that is pretty affordable and a lot of nice places to eat and drink in walking distance. The highlight of this beach is the shells! There is a huge amount of nice shells here. Perfect to take kids shell hunting.

My mom loved going here, and we found so many shells. It was a little cool and windy but a very nice clean beach. Gorgeous sunset that reminded her of Hawaii.

This is truly my favorite beach to go to during the week in the Saint Pete area. Although the sand isn’t as soft as other beaches, it’s quiet and low key. It’s a good spot to look for seashells. Parking is paid but I rarely have to drive around to find a spot (it’s busy on the weekends though). There are cute shops and restaurants to choose from as well as public changing rooms and restrooms. There is also a tennis and basketball court and small public parks along the way. The town itself is also safe and good for walking and perfect for a nice little staycation!

My wife's happy place. She loves to come here whenever we're there. Most beautiful, we'll maintained beach I've been too worldwide. Hawaiian sand comes a close 2nd.
