Macy's

At Christmas time the selection is terrible. In 2025 they just put up trees and thew ornaments on them and called it festive. There is no racks or nothing. You are expected to just pull an ornament off the tree if you would like to purchase one. The sales tags for them is also vague. Being from the east coast this is not what I expect from a Macys. This is a disappointment and a travesty. No wonder Macys is closing locations. There is a little section with Toys r Us but the only name brand stuff was Legos. Most of the other toys were cheap toys from China.

Sylvia in the Men's Department was outstanding. Very helpful suggestions re: the suit I selected. Plus she gave me the sale price (for a sale starting the following day), so I didn't need to return to the store. Excellent customer service!

I needed to pick up a delivery. Since I had my pup, I opted for pickup in the parking lot. My items were brought to me within MINUTES! The macys associate couldn't give my pup enough loving! I was on a time crunch, and the haste in which my items were brought out to me allowed me to make it back in time! Thank you Macy's!

I experienced great customer service at the Tucson Mall Macy's. I purchased a piece of jewelry and had to get it resized. There was a mix-up, but the management made everything right and communicated well with me. Donna and Dawn mainly helped me. This was a busy time because of the holidays but I was able to get everything before Christmas. Thank you!!

This place is awesome I broke my gold chain and the integrity of it was completely shot I was to speak to a manager about the possibility of upgrading the chain to a different one and they did! They took care of my issue and I am definitely going to be shopping here more. I’m so glad I bought that 3 year warranty. Totally worth every penny!

The old lady at the return desk is rude and slow. She misspelled everything after making me wait for her to type everything using 2 fingers. All well if she were nice but she had a rude tone. Macy's needs to mandate customer service training.

On Memorial Day I had a customer service issue in the women's dept and asked to speak with the store manager. I was promptly, greeted by a manager named, Yvette, who let me know that the store manager was out that day. Yvette was very kind and listened to my concern and quickly resolved the issue. The thing that really stood out about Yvette is that she genuinely cared about the situation and I really appreciate this so very much. I hope Macys values her as an employee because she truly is an asset to their company. Yvette would be a reason I would return to Macys. Thanks Yvette for making my shopping experience so very nice!
