Nice park but alot of litter. Also by car one way in one way out. And this is across a train track were the train xing is broke and you could get stuck there an extra 20 minutes
The northern parking spot has more room and great access to the Sand Creek bicycle trail.
There is a few trails, you get to see a few wildlife on this trail. I did see some grafiti and homeless encampments (but wasn't bothered by the homeless). There is some artwork and information about the artwork. There is also a trail for the cyclist, you are next to the hospitals and the lightrail, I do suggest those who drive in to the parking area to be cautious because you'll driving over the lightrail tracks.
Went for a walk to get some fish air. A nice park with people walking their dogs, spending time with their kids, and biking. There were, at one point, some not so nice people and questionable cars that arrived, so it was time for at least me to go. All in all though, it was nice.
Nice park with paved trails and ponds. Nice place to relax and view nature.
A good walking park with great views! Almost in the heart of the city. Tons of wildlife in the area. The park also has a few bridges and small waterfall type structures. A little dirty here and there, some people don't pick up their animals waste. There was also a bullet in the parking lot (not against guns but, not good for a park). Over all its a nice place, might want to avoid it at dark.
Beautiful but sketchy. If you're a female wanting to enjoy some lunch with beautiful views this is not the place. There are homeless people set up on either side of the parking lot in there cars. I felt like I had to keep looking over my shoulder. Cigarette butts and paraphernalia on the ground. I do not mind homeless people but I was nervous leaving my car. I can to visit from Colorado Springs and it's safe to say that I did not feel safe here as a woman.
