Cyclists, you can walk or ride your bikes across the closed bridge on 11th Airborne Division Road. For those without military base access, put Wohali Pavilion (WP) in your GPS; there is a parking lot just across the street from WP. Ride across the "ROAD CLOSED" bridge to ride on low-traffic roads and gravel trails, especially on weekends in the "back 40" of the base. Plenty of wildlife and scenery in every season, especially early to late fall as the leaves change color. No water points on roads or trails other than creeks and streams and cell coverage can be spotty. Plan your ride, route, potential emergency recovery, and post-ride water and nutritional needs carefully. Before you ride, there are portable toilets up the hill near the Eagle's Nest RV Park that you drove past on the way in. The hard stand latrines are usually locked unless there is a group function using the RV Park pavilion or the ball field and then "maybe" they are open, but don't count on it so bring TP and hand sanitizer.

Honestly this place deserves more than five stars. Our experience has been amazing. The park is so clean including the showers and stalls. Plenty of shade and even a stream with turtles. It's gorgeous. There's a skeet range next door and most nights you can see deer feeding in the ranges meadow. It a peaceful place to stay.

Hidden gem of a campground. Awesome bathhouse and easy after hours check-in. We only wish the installation would improve the surrounding pavilions and park benches for Soldiers, civilians, and veterans. What happened to the horses?!

This place is open to the public but ran by the military. Two campgrounds in close proximity. Full hookups for 25 bucks a night! Roomy sites with a picnic table and a grill. The sites are not well maintained at Eagles Rest as the grass is taking over the gravel sites and needs trimming. There are NO firepits. Fletcher's Fork down the hill has paved pull through sites. Bathhouse is nice and code is needed to get in. There is a large pavilion for rent/use , playground, picnic area, basketball courts. 4 stars for full hooks and large site. More like 3.5 if I could give a 1/2 star. I would stay again. Came for the eclipse.

We enjoyed our Memorial Weekend experience. The pull-through RV/Campers spots were great. The grounds we neatly kept and clean. The only thing missing was walking trails. We will definitely come back!!

Nice clean place with everything you need. We stay here when visiting family on base. So close. Just make sure you come in off of 101st Airborn or you will end up on the wrong side of the CLOSED bridge over Fletchers Fork Creek. This bridge has been closed for years and will NOT reopen.

Smelling the Roses

A very pleasant, quiet place to Camp. Fletcher's Fork has long pulled through, bathrooms, and showers. If you come in late like we did, you can pay in the morning. They will come by very early and put a notice on your door with info how to pay. Rec office is about 1 1/2 miles away. Nice grass area with picnic table at each site. Plenty of room for slides. Only issue was loud birds waking us up in the morning about 5 am. $35 full hookups. Would definitely stay again.
