Shady Grove RV & Mobile Home Park

What they don't show you on their website! It is a quiet Mobile home/RV park. Mostly older models. They have a dog area. It is pretty clean. The mosquitoes will eat you alive. Loose cats everywhere all day, all night! Rent is reasonable for the area.

Nice, quiet place. I go visit a close friend of mine here whenever I'm in the Flour Bluff area.

I want to say this is a very clean park. Nice spots. But I have to say Miss Amy was the best. Always there for you.She is the sweetest woman. She knows what's she's doing. And I will miss her most of all. I will be keeping in touch with her. Thank you Miss Amy

Very quiet, clean and friendly neighbors. The manager was friendly able to fit us in with a very short notice. Take plenty of "OFF" bug spray, you will need it. It is an older trailer park, but newer doesn’t alway mean better. Peaceful place. Surrounding neighborhoods may not be very peaceful, but not an issue at the facility. I recommend.. don’t forget the bug spray!!!!

The best park I've ever lived in. No RIF RAF allowed. Friendly staff, Amy is always waiting to hear your issues and offer advice. I have an amazing lot with beautiful shade trees and cool neighbors.

Got a last minute call to be in Corpus Christi for work and Amy was wonderful from day one. Very friendly and even met us late when we got stuck in traffic to make sure we got in the right spot. Would definitely recommend and go back if we had to go back for work again.
