Cruise America RV Rental

First time renter with experience. Good parts. Customer service and price. It is fairly inexpensive to rent but keep in mind your first bill doesn't include the mileage. If you bring back the RV and it needs to be dumped this location charges $50. My friends reserved from different locations and all of us had some learning to do with the refrigerators. ABC rentals in Costa Mesa had the cleanest unit out of all 3 locations. The experience was so good I will probably rent again.

Super fun experience! Very affordable, around $100 a day (depending on the day & RV size) I would recommend the larger RV, the extra space was nice. We went with the Larger 30 foot RV and we are glad we did. Family of 5, 3 of which being small children. We let the kids sleep on the bed that’s above the driver and passengers seats. This let us use the table and the couch without having to fold & unfold it each day. Lots of space for all your stuff. It was a lot easier to drive than I was expecting, I would still recommend a second person to "Ground guide" in tight spaces. Special thank you to Juan and the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us the best they could, very impressed by how helpful they were. Big thank you to the staff for helping make our family trip special.

Night and day compared to last year. RV was clean and ready to go and traveled well. The water heater never worked, but being able to call someone at an odd hour at night was very helpful. The support staff even called me back the next day, but I was unable to receive it due to being outside of cell range. Both the pickup location in Costa Mesa and the regional management was very organized and professional.

Customer service was good, everyone was helpful. The RV was pretty clean and ran well. Only problem is that our shower ran into the bedroom instead of into the shower (for real, sprayed out the access panel and down the wall and flooded). When we reported the issue, it was noted with no compensation for the significant inconvenience offered.

We picked our RV up at Costa Mesa and the customer service there was amazing. The people were very friendly and informative. We got the RV and it was super clean. It did break down on us when we got her destination, but they got us a new RV right away with no hassle. It was very easy. And when we dropped it off to Costa Mesa, the guy was very understanding and he comped us for one day because of the RV breaking down, which was very sweet of him. We had the best trip ever I highly recommend CruiseAmerica.

Renting thru Cruise America has allowed us the flexibility of picking up one place and returning at another. Taking in 13 states in our road trip and enjoying the Beauty of America was amazing! Car was reliable and dependable especially the hot states; however, we didn’t get the reimbursement for the 9v battery and still waiting for it. Will definitely rent again!

Was generally helpful. Sales guy very scripted, made a big deal about draining the tanks, but didn't advise the renter to leave the drains open for a long time to completely dump the tanks. They were quick to charge us $50 service fee for this. Electrical outlet inside didn't work. Had to spend time on phone with customer service to figure it out.
