Green Valley RV Park

Great place. Great management. This winter did get crazy cold and our water froze, but they made all the accommodations, came out and worked on the situation. Electricity can get expensive when you're on a lease, but plan accordingly and stay off the space heaters in the winter. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a short-term or long-term spot.

This is our second stay at Green Valley RV Park. My husband and I stopped through while on a business trip. The sites are clean & level. It is very easy to book a site and communicate regarding your stay. Also easy to locate places to fuel up on your way in and/or out.

This is a nice, no-frills RV park for an overnight stop or if visiting the area for a few nights. We had no problem getting our 40 ft. motorhome with toad through the campground or into our spot. Sites were level, well-marked and we had no issues with the hook-ups. The campground has privacy fencing that separates it from the mobile home community as well as from Valley Pike. There’s no bath house, laundry, pool, etc., but they do have a nice dog park. The pull-through sites are now open, but call for availability. They didn’t show as an option on the booking site, but when I called to ask a question, Shelby checked and saw that she could get me a pull-through for the night which helped us out a lot.

We stayed for 1 night. The owner was very gracious with communications. The sites are huge and fully graveled. Great dog park and just a clean and well maintained RV location. We plan on making this a regular stop for us when coming south and on our way home.

Green Valley RV park has the best customer service. My family and I stayed over the weekend in October for a softball tournament at the action sports center (which was only a 6 min drive). If you are a softball family, you know Sundays can be unpredictable as far as when you get to head home. The lady who answered the phone for GVRV was very understanding about Sunday and offered an accommodation for our camper while we were at the ball field. This took a lot of stress off our family that morning and we are very appreciative. I would 100% recommend this RV park to others.

What an awesome hiding gem! We were visiting family in Dayton and needed to find a good place to park our RV while staying with family! I happen to find Green Valley RV Park, and boy it was absolutely perfect, safe, roomy, easy access in and out! I called to get information and availability and my call was returned promptly by a kind, informative lady! The park is very clean, has full hookups and close to everything. It’s very close to National Museum of the United States Air Force a must do if you’re in the area! So I would highly suggest Green Valley RV Park if your traveling through the area and they are located at 3324 Valley Pike, Dayton, OH 45424!

Perfect rv campground. The owners totally get what is important for RVs. Clear flat wide lots. Paved loop through the park. Lights. Trees in all the right places. A dog area with poop bags at both ends of park. Lovely woman Shelby stays in touch via text and is a call away if there is a problem. Great location and reasonable prices. No unnecessary frills but a solid value stay. We will return.
