Daryn at the parks office was super responsive and really helped me out when I had confusion about swimming lessons for my children! All of the classes and camps they offer are a blessing to the community, and the parks are always well maintained. Sweeney Park has been a happy place for my family and I for many years!
I bought tickets 🎟 to see Alice Cooper when he went to the theater by the zoo. This place is fantastic✨️. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I called and spoke with the Parks Department regarding a rental reservation for a pavilion and their customer service was amazing. The woman I spoke with was so friendly and I hung up with a smile on my face. She was phenomenal. Great experience working with them so far!
I called today to sign up for summer camp for my son. Chelsea was very rude and had an attitude with me. All I did was ask what was available and I got hung up on. Very unprofessional. Then I tried calling back and got ignored. I can’t believe this type of customer service. Really sad
The church preaching at Buckner park was grilling underneath the pavilion, smoking out the entire park and making my child cough and fall over because he couldn't breathe. They went out of their way to make everyone that wasn't part of the church so uncomfortable that they had to leave. I couldn't call and complain because they're closed.
It is ridiculous how Hamilton Parks bathroom is never usually unlocked for wild cat games n coach said they are not suppose to open them cuz they aren’t little league… So the kids and parents involved in wildcats don’t also use bathrooms? Just had to walk BACK home 15 min away to go and am missing 30 min of my 7 yr olds game! This is not ok!
I walk my dog on the tow path between Covington and Engle roads. The bench near Covington is in a clearing. But the bench near Engle is surrounded by bushes growing over the bench. You can" t sit on it without getting ticks on you. That is a terrible thing to do to your patrons. The path was mowed recently but nothing was done about the overgrowth around that bench.
