Plenty of spaces available, never full. Price is decent I'd say far stretch from a "resort" .....the pool table room is so dirty and gross like it hasn't been deep cleaned in 15 years! Terrible. Everything is outdated and hanging by a thread. But for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. Just don't be late w a payment cuz they'll kick you out and not renew you. Even though they made $100 bucks off it. And never let you know it would effect your renewal. So at least I'm given ya heads up. This should be last resort only!

After reading the park rules on their website, I stopped by to inquire about a long term stay for my 38' fifth wheel. I was met by an unfriendly, unsympathetic person in the office who handed me a new move in requirement sheet that was entirely different from the information on the website. It stated that residents are not allowed to stay more than 6 months. (no permanent or long term residents allowed) RV's must be in good condition, and also must be 2012 or newer. (not stated in their website rules) They refused to make an exception for my pristine 2011 RV, even though I observed many older looking run down RV's on the property. I was looking for a friendly, safe, and permanent place to live, and Desert Willow did not satisfy any of these requirements.

This place has more permanent residents than traveling RVs. Normally that would be a bad thing, but here it works great. Sites are clean, many rules in place to keep the lifers in check, like one rule if you are permanent your dog must be under 45lbs. We had a Great Dane, but totally allowed as we are traveling through. ||Very friendly staff making check in easy. Lots were very clean, permanent people required to keep theirs not cluttered. All areas like pool/office/restrooms were well kelp.||||Only negative was the showers/restrooms were toward the back, pretty good walk if you are traveling through. Far enough I decided not to use them & just use the trailer. No fenced dog park, but lots of grassy area near the office marked for dogs.||||This is a great stop if you are traveling through lower CA. Restaurants within walking distance,

Location is great. But address says " Main Street" but it should say the real street.GPS took us to the Gated Community, so we came in the back way. We wanted to stay a week and get the weekly rate. We could stay but 1 day short if week n they would not give us the weekly. Facilities are not clean. Big resort n 1 laundry room for all. Other laundry room was closed. Front desk staff seems nice but would not stay again. Resort not maintained like others.

This place has fallen apart. Noone cares but the maintenance guy. The front office is lazy and unprofessional. The bathrooms are disgusting. You are lucky to get laundry and bathrooms open if the maintenance guy is on vacation because the front office won't
