Love's Travel Stop

Good morning in advance, but it's disrespectful to all the truckers here. The delays to access a restroom are endless because the cleaning staff repeatedly and deliberately slow down the process to avoid cleaning them on time. As a method, they disable the doors in the system, only enabling four showers, which creates even more delays and causes significant losses for the company. It's as if this isn't being paid for, and ultimately, those who suffer are always the least responsible for the situation. Action should be taken against the two women in charge. Mariah and Any.....

This is one of the friendliest truck stops in Las Cruces, NM. Compared to the Travel Centers of America and Pilot locations in Las Cruces, this is the deluxe in truck stops. Clean floors, stocked shelves, real friendly staff who ALWAYS say "Welcome to Love's!", you couldn't find a more welcoming stop on your travels. The restaurants, Wendy's and the Subway, bend over backwards to make their customers happy and satisfied. Restrooms are modern and clean, and the whole time I've been there, not one complaint was heard. Unlike other truck stops that look like dumps and having missing items on the shelves, this convenience store puts the word "convenience" back into customer service. Wait until you see the photos...You won't believe what I say until you see it! Make sure you stop by. You won't regret it!

Open 24 hours. Very clean restrooms. Easy access from Interstate 10. The snacks are well stocked. Hot food and cold sandwiches are available. A large selection of cold beverages are available in the refrigerators. Auto supply needs are stocked as well. Friendly staff. It seemed like a very busy station. A Wendy's restaurant and a Subway sandwich shop are attached. Hours may vary. Laundry and shower facilities are available. A small dog park is located on the property. There's abundant parking at the location. The parking lot and gas pumps are well lit.

September 30, 2024 the showers now have hot water, the water just pulsates a lot but it was hot so they must have fixed the issue. The store is clean and has very bright lights. The layout is a bit different than typical Loves locations but the change is much improved!

Stopped by to get gas, food, and take the dogs out. Always a plus when the gas station has a dog park and this one actually had grass in the dog park as opposed to rocks or dirt, we felt spoiled! The inside of the gas station was very clean and the person at the front register was welcoming as soon as you walked in. They had some good food options and the bathrooms were updated and very clean. All in all was glad we stopped here will be making sure to stop here again next time we drive through.

Stayed overnight in their RV area. Good value, easy to get in and out, option to have Wendy's or Subway and restock road munchies before heading out. A little noisy but totally workable by turning on a fan or TV. Would recommend this place for the convenience and friendly staff.

This location has a HUGE problem with people pulling into the auto filling station, parking, and blocking the gas pumps. They aren’t even using them to gas up! Either pull in, gas up, then go park to go inside…… or park at the store, go in, then hopefully a filling station will be open when you come out. The station across the road was more accessible and pumps readily available. The store was nice. The bathrooms were clean. They have both Subway and Wendy’s.
