Rhodes Ranch Recreation Center

It is an amazing pool and water park complex. Have to take a star off since the overbearing HOA runs the place like a concentration camp. They don’t open until late May and close it up by September. We miss out on 2 months of prime pool time because they want to pay for more 3 times more lifeguards than required. Many weekdays there are more lifeguards staring at their phone doing nothing than members enjoying the pool. It’s a shame such a nice part of the community sits empty more than half the year based on the decisions of a few out of touch board members.

The lady in the office( lina) She is rude and had an attitude problem when I came into office to pay my rent yelling at me saying I can't pay my rent there do it online that's she's busy I mean come on what is the HOA Office for ? There were other workers there just having an attitude or what not she is not friendly and constantly talks on the job she was literally smacking eating in my face telling me she can't help me I want a board meeting they need to know about her actions she is always so impolite when I come to the residents who pay rent here I'm sure I'm not the only one speaking of this

Rhodes Ranch is a great place to live. No age restrictions. Kids are encouraged. Guard shack and gated. Armed security with patrols. Beautiful golf course environment with well maintained landscaping about the complex. Recreation center has a large general pool, a large lap pool. Kid fun water park, tennis courts, pickle ball, racketball, full weight & workout complex, pool tables, and more. Nice 18 hole golf course with driving range, putting green and other practice areas, pro shop, bar/snack bar with basic food from menu, nice seating indoor and outside patio.

Amazing Pool Area. Quiet area to live. But it has a couple minuses... The club house is closed for 1 year already due to mold. One can only drive 25 mph and photos are taken when one drives more. You are not allowed to walk through the golf club area. One can sue when bullied. It has been a long time, depending where one lives to drive to the home. For us, it took over 15 min to get from the gate to the house. The association is a often a pain. They look through your side gates and complain when things in your backyard are visible from the front (like kids toys, trampolin, slide). Otherwise a great place to live.

Suleyma in the Rec Center is absolutely amazing. Recently I’ve witnessed far too many residents take their frustrations out on her for an issue beyond her or any staff control. She has been graceful and calm in every situation. She truly deserves recognition. I’ve been a resident at Rhodes Ranch since 2018 and by far the current staff working in the portable office have been fantastic. It makes me excited to see our brand new facility; not only do us residents deserve something beautiful so do these employees!! Thank you Suleyma and the entire team for your efforts and commitment to our community.
