Best Trailer Park

The woman who serves has a very bad attitude, very rude, she only told me that she never had spaces because it is for rent for only 6 months and when they leave they leave it aside and come back in 24 hours to continue renting it, she did not have a space for me and although I had already put myself on the waiting list I was not going to have a space...

Great place a little congested but still a great place to stay, laundry room on site it gets cleaned every night. Gated Community so you feel a bit more safe. Staff of very nice I have stayed here twice and would back back again.

Rude didn’t listen and did not know what a class C was!!! This is who they hire!!! The lady told me she is new and started 2 months ago. So what this is basic knowledge!

The park is in a bad area of town, but its behind a secured gate. Nice laundry facilities. The people inside the park are nice & quiet, but the surrounding interstate and housing can be very loud, at times, no matter where you are parked. The spots are very very close and tight to get in and out of. Miss Doris and Martine are super nice and helpful! We would stay here, again

This is a great little Park clean no BS managed well reasonably priced high percentage of out-of-town contractors everyone takes care of their spot friendly love it . There is a nice and sincere sense of community rare thing these days.I have zero complaints about this place so if you need a place to stay while working the refineries shut downs. this is the place

Doris is the manager, retired Marine. Stayed here 4 months. Loved it. Very peaceful and friendly. No complaints. She treats everyone the same. Affordable.
