Mesa Gardens RV Park

Kaylin went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! So rare to find such a high level of customer service in any business these days, let alone a rv park. I've been full time rv for 8 months meow and I have never felt such community like I did here. Mesa Gardens is a hidden gem IMHO and I am glad they are turning this place around. Highly recommend!! Dave and Chris get shout outs too bc they were unreal helpful! Keep up the great work!! Halloween party was fun and had grrrreat food!

We stayed here to be close to our daughter at college in our RV. They had the cutest Halloween decorations and a party. The party was well thought out and organized for maximum fun. Our truck had to go to the shop to be worked on and it took longer than anticipated. They were so kind about a stressful situation and worked it around so we could stay day by day until the work was done. We loved access to the quiet park behind and the tram across the street could be a big bonus. They take excellent care of the grounds and the bathrooms/showers were really nice and clean. If you’re stuck in the city this is a good location.

The park itself is great but what I'd like to specifically point out is the exceptional customer service I had from the manager, Kay. From the moment I got there to the morning I left, (2 weeks-ish) she answered every question and resolved every issue/modification I had with a professional and genuine desire to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely the worst establishment I have ever stayed at. Under new management they’re rude and disrespectful. Me as well as others had problems with the electric bill a lot fee not being correct. Was charged late fees when I wasn’t late. Theirs drug addicts outside the gate doesn’t work a they didn’t fix it for over months spots are tiny the water was always shut off due to poor maintenance on site. Worst staff I have ever encountered theirs cockroaches on site would rather dry dock in the desert than stay here.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed they add fees that aren’t justified the staff is rude and disrespectful. Theirs drug addicts everywhere outside. The water is shut off numerous times due to poor maintenance on the facility. My electric bill was incorrect numerous times as well as my lot fee they change the bill online with no notification. I would rather dry dock than ever stay here again. Absolutely disrespectful staff and rude.

As an RV technician I get to see quite a few different parks around the valley as you can imagine. I really like how this park is hidden right in the middle of town. Quaint, Quiet, Friendly community.

This place was amazing. The camp host and manager were so kind and accommodating. My husband and I have been on a road trip for the last 2 weeks with our two dogs. This is the nicest rv park we have stayed in so far. It is gated and you are given the gate codes for the drive through and walk through gates at the time of check in. I felt completely safe staying here. We were only planning on staying one night but ended up staying 3 nights. Very dog friendly with potty bag stations scattered around. There is even a private gate to a grassy (which is hard to find in Arizona) city park that we took the dogs to multiple times a day. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back through.
