Towerpoint RV Resort

This is an RV resort, Not a hotel. There are many amenities associated with this resort. BYOR (Bring your own room.)

Very much enjoyed a month at this RV resort. It's at least. Eighty percent park models but they do have parking for wayward RV travelers.

I clean a lot of peoples mobile homes here! It's a wonderful place! It's in a great area! The people living there are amazing! Everyone there are so friendly . There little bar in there is probably the best ! They have everything you need there in towerpoint! Highly recommend anyone thats about +55yrs old and retired to live there.

This a over 55 RV Resort, has plenty of activities everyday.

Very nice resort with lots of amenities and a good softball, tennis, and pickle ball programs, just to mention a few. We have been residents here since 2018, great location and community atmosphere. Management is top tier and professional. Office is friendly and service oriented. Excellent group of guys on the maintenance staff. Even though this is an older Cal-Am resort, they do a good job of maintaining and improving the facilities.

IMHO, Towerpoint is the best RV resort in the area. They're centrally located in the East Valley, and they have tons of activities and amenities and a great poolside grill. Minor concerns: no golf, high activity fees, some park models are old and rundown.

It is the residents that make this an Outstanding resort. Despite the high fees and petty charges, the people who live and stay here are truly the heart of the resort. Lots of activities, crafts, entertainment and educational classes. It is unfortunate that the ownership takes a different view of the folks who support the Cal-Am organization. I am told it is the friendliest park in the valley, and by far it is the people that maintain that friendly atmosphere. Waves from people walking/driving by, happy-hour visiting and spontaneous conversations with strangers make for a truly unique experience.
