Long Wharf Theatre

I bought tickets and realized I had a conflict. So in a two-week period, I called the box office twice and left a message wanting to exchange my tickets. No response. I also emailed the box office twice in that same period with the same request. No response. The box office was simply unresponsive and unreachable. And as a result, I wasted my money on tickets and missed the play. This is NOT the way to treat your customers. I will not be going back to Long Wharf, ever.

A wonderful small theater with comfortable seating and a wide variety of entertainment. They have a new policy of letting you bring the drink (that you buy there) to your seat which is a nice plus. The plays are of a surprisingly high quality for a small regional theater. Take a chance on a show that looks appealing and you’ll enjoy yourself.

Very nice theater and plays span across all cultures

This is a great place to see a play! They offer two different stages, with a bar area in both. Light snacks are also available. Plenty of parking, and it is located adjacent to I95. Very courteous staff, and all seats offer an excellent view of the stage. Each season offers a good variety of performances.

Wonderful theater that brings cutting-edge films, actors, and stage plays that rival New York and Boston. They also offer classes for adults and kids which is a welcome surprise. I have gone to some really good talk back with the cast, fun events with great DJs and food trucks, an unexpected place in New Haven to see really good art and connects with theater people.

Great theater right here in CT. Shows are always poignant and timely. Also, accommodating to student groups. Always make a point to check their schedule when creating my class curriculum each year. Special plays for my students who may never again see such fine theater this closely.

Place is great. Not a huge theater so all the seats have a great view of the stage, and they get some really good shows. I've been there several times and they've always been good experiences.
