Perfect place for families who live in Indiana and Wisconsin to meet up with each other. We live in the Madison area and my family is from South Bend. Can’t rave enough about the wonderful experience we had at this campground over Memorial Day weekend. My mom and I rented the 2 camping cabins which comfortably slept 6 people all together with each cabin having a full bed and twin bunk beds. The cabins were extremely clean and ready to go for us when we got there. My sister and her husband rented an RV site right across the path from our cabins. It was the perfect setup! The kids had fun playing at the park and looking for frogs and fish in the creek that runs through the campground. The bathrooms and showers were so nice and extremely clean! The showers were also extremely clean, had great water pressure, and hot water. I’ve never stayed at a campground that was so well taken care of. Even though it was too cold to swim, they still cleaned the pool every morning. The camp store was a fun little place for the kids to get snacks and treats, too. Overall, we are so pleased with this place, and we’ll be returning to meet up here again!

We love this little campground, we have stayed here about 5 times. Owners are very friendly, always quiet, showers are very clean with great water pressure. Grounds are kept very well. Nice pool, laundry, and small camp store. Highly recommend.

If you love peaceful beauty out in the country make a stop here. Needed a quick overnight stay while traveling & Linda was so accommodating even when I had to adjust by a day. Its right off I-80 but doesn't show on the blue interstate lodging/camping sign.

One of the best campgrounds we have ever been to. Obviously a previous KOA, now independent. Good price. Immaculate pool. I saw the lady cleaning the pool in the evening and early next morning. Clean, well maintained bathroom. Some pull through sites, some back in, tent sites, and cabins with split HVAC. Lots of shade trees. Rural but 5 bars T-MOBILE cellphone service. Convenient from the Interstate but far enough away so there is no road noise. Woke up to birds singing and cows mooing. We will make this our regular stop when we travel this way again.

I don’t understand why this place only has a 4.9 rating, this is such a well taken care of place with beautiful trees and grass. After burning 10,000 miles so far this trip out west this is IT, was really hard to hook back up and leave. Thank you for keeping such a nice place for us to enjoy.

Great Campground...beautiful and clean property & very nice operations and owners. We camped in a primitive site and it was awesome. We will be back later this year!!! Bathrooms and Showers are the cleanest I have ever seen at a Campground like this!!!

Stayed in one of the camping cabins for a weekend. Cabin was well equipped with mini heater and fan, which came in hand since it got cold at night. The cabin we got was pretty close to the one next to us, which wasn't the biggest deal since our neighbors weren't disruptive. However, didn't feel so safe since we were very close to the driving lane of the park. Fortunately there were barely any cars driving in and out. Bathrooms and showers were clean. They also have a dog fenced area. The park is a close drive to starved rock. It would be nice to be able to stay in one of the larger cabins, hopefully they make them dog friendly in the future.
