Garden City RV Park

I had a very unpleasant experience here. One of the older staff members yelled at me while I was trying to use the RV dump service, which is completely unacceptable behavior toward a customer. My vehicle’s dump switch was malfunctioning, so I wasn’t able to dump anything at all, yet I was still charged $15 (the standard dump fee is $25). Under normal circumstances I would have left immediately, but I was under a tight deadline to return the RV and urgently needed a dump location. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.

Excellent location and customer service. Dump station was easy to use - note that it's cash or check only. Update: updating my review to 3 stars, because they almost never pick up the phone. Update 2: lowering my review to 2 stars because it's pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone here to make an appointment for the dump station.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Charged us $200 for a few nights stay, when we arrived they turned us away! Awful customer service! DONT NOT STAY HERE! Also multiple homeless tents right on the sidewalk by the park!! I see the owners have responded to this... We contacted the other park with the same name and as we expected we did not book the other site. Since the office was unlocked all night we assume a worker or someone staying at the park received the call and took our card information and charged us OR the actual business scammed us. It’s laughable that they can answer a review this quickly but cannot answer any of our calls during the day . We have stayed at many parks and have had great experiences. This was horrendous and the case has been reported!

Dump station is $25 as of November 2025. Need to call and reserve.

Worst traveling experience of my life. Either the business or one of the tenants scammed us of our money. Paid in advance and they didn’t have any idea what was going on and then screamed at us that we didn’t pay, despite us showing them the transaction to their exact name and address. Most unfriendly people I’ve ever met I would rather sleep in a gutter, than ever step foot on that dirty, nasty excuse for a rv park again.

Very professional and thorough. Great bbq outside patio, shopping centers, car shops, freeway 101and 280 access. Children's playground nearby in fast food place. Pet friendly and very clean environment with very easy available hookups. Laundry room use and water included in lease payment. Electrical separate. Mr. Peter was very helpful and open for any concerns. Shed available in vehicle parking spot.

I called first to see if I could empty tanks and fill fresh water. With the owner's permission I stopped in to do so. It was $20.00. He allowed me to do a quick cleanup and fill the water in my batteries as well. Needed to fix a tail light. So nice to have a safe place to do the maintenance. Pretty little park as well. I'll Keep it in my mind for an overnight stay sometime.
