Peak View Park

This tiny house is very warm and cozy, I needed rest from real life and that was accomplished. Only draw back is the constant highway traffic, 🛣

Tiny house neighborhood that you can stay in and enjoy! What a great little gem we have here! I've stayed here before and my family, who visit often, usually stay here when in town. It's a very unique tiny house neighborhood with awesome neighbors! Parking is organized but due to the nature of the property (sitting on a hill) it can be difficult in large vehicles. (Example: full size trucks/ 18 pax vans, vehicles with small trailers) The trade off is worth it though! You get Views of America's mountain(Pikes Peak) from all over the property! It's location is great too! You're within a couple minutes of everything you may need! Shopping, dining, entertainment and, the best, colorado nature and trails are all close by! Enjoy your stay!!

Peak View Park exceeded all my expectations! Not only is the price incredibly reasonable, but the views of the majestic mountains behind the homes are absolutely stunning. It’s a place where you can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The park is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast looking for a serene escape or a family seeking a picturesque picnic spot, Peak View Park has something for everyone. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist you in making the most of your visit. I’ve had some of my most memorable moments here, taking in the scenic surroundings and enjoying quality time with loved ones. I can’t recommend Peak View Park enough. It’s a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of affordability and natural beauty. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on something truly special!

Very cozy little tiny town Mountain escape, perfect t for a romantic get away or a fun family vacation , whatever the occasion, Peak View Park is the ideal spot to relax & unwind, with beautiful, picturesque views of majestic Pikes Peak or a fun day shopping in the little mountain town of Woodland Park in one of the many boutiques that offer a variety of fabulous trinkets & gifts for those on your list of friends & family back home. The surrounding area offers many amazing sites to see & fun places to visit. Come see for yourself I promise you will never be disappointed : ) !

Our stay at the Peak View Park in Woodland Park this past week was actually the 2nd time we'd stayed there ... 1st being 3 years ago. Yeah, we liked it that much. We rented tiny homes off Airbnb on both occasions, but those reviews will of course be posted on the Airbnb website. As far as the Park goes, it's just on the east edge of town on HW 24. And yes, as the name would imply, the park offers views of Pikes Peak, and they are spectacular! (pic included.) The park is built in to a mountain side, and you will see in a cpl of the pics I'm submitting that a view of the houses are quite high up the hill. Walking around the park in pleasant, and you'll always meet people willing to share their adventures with you. There so much to do in the area, and many, many dining options available. On this trip to Colorado, we took in the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, visited Cripple Creek and Manitou Springs, as well as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. In the past, we've visited Pikes Peak (again - but hat time we took a HUMMER tour to the top!) Also, take a drive south and take in the Royal Gorge Bridge and Railway. But, back to the park ... YES, we'll be back.

This place is so nice and the view is amazing! Only downside was our parking was tight for the 6 foot bed truck we drove. That said, it just fit and was likely more due to the particular spot we booked. Still so nice!

Id beware of this spot. We were out there last month and stayed under VRBO rental. The accomodations were nice even tho size was misrepresented. The problem came after a few days they claimed the front door was damaged.I asked for pics and never heard anything back till almost a month later and they are attempting to extort over 1300 dollars from us. we even went to get an inspection before leaving from the lady who had checked us in but she was away from her bus. I intend to fight this tooth and nail if it cost me three times the amount they are asking....Highway robbery from people spending good money with them.
