. A Longtime Fan’s Honest Take I write this as a longtime fan. Bottom line: Akron deserves a better bathhouse. First, I want to thank the owner for keeping the facility open all these years. The staff are consistently incredible—friendly, respectful, and welcoming. That said, the place needs some serious upgrades. I truly wish someone would step in to fund a renovation. Accepting credit cards is long overdue. Inside, the infrastructure shows its age, and while improvements would be costly, they’re absolutely needed. Can we please upgrade the towels and mattresses? On the plus side, the prices are excellent. The patrons are chill, and the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. You’ll have fun here at a fair price in a comfortable setting. With just a bit of love and investment, this place could truly shine again.

I consider myself well traveled. I've been to my share of "bath houses" or mens' spas all over the USA. San Francisco, LA, NYC, Florida... Just to name a few. Went to Club Columbus in Columbus, OH just the other day and enjoyed it. But this place was absolutely disgusting at best. The towels are dingy. The spa is nasty and the showers were even worse. Place has 4 stars, so somebody must like it, but not me. I stayed for about 15 minutes and couldn't take anymore. When I got back to my motel I showered just to wash off the filth. Ewwww.... Never going back! Waste of time and $16!

Cheap, affordable 👌 no membership needed. Men only. Lockers are $14 Rooms $19 Smoking 🚬 area outside patio, steam room, dry sauna room, theater room, bathrooms, cold showers, jacuzzi hot tub, dark hallway, low lighting, pop machine, ATM machine 😀, 8 hour stay with key 🔑 , Cable TV in theater room only. Cash only...use ATM located inside if using a card. Free towel for use and sheet for room. Be sure to bring a few items you may need for your visit from your vehicle, as you can't leave and come back in. You are allowed to stay up to 8 hours at a time. Perfect for 👌 a Friday and Saturday night 🌙 stay if you need to rest. I'd suggest bringing disinfecting wipes and wearing flip flops. The place is definitely in needed repair. The hot tub water is clear, but the tub itself could use a good scrub down. The place is typically 🐌 slow. There is an adequate amount of parking. However, don't sit parked in their lot for too long, or you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely love going on Friday or Saturday and staying the whole time. If you’re younger and NOT into older make that clear or you’ll be swarmed like flies on poo. Staffs always wonderful and helpful. People are pretty chill as well. Facilities are cleaned regularly and properly as are the bed sheets and towels.

It's not that nice of a place but I doubt many go there for the ambiance. It was cheap enough and the people there were genuinely nice. Had a decent time. The place could definitely use a fresh coat of paint or 5...

Went for my first time tonight and I gotta say, it was pretty decent. The place was very clean considering the age of the location, and the clientele was very nice. No one pressured me into anything and didn't proposition me for anything I wasn't ready for. Place is kind of dark and the the average age is a bit high if that makes you uncomfortable. Guys are very sweet though so dont be afraid to check it out.

My first visit, guy at desk gave me the run down. Was on a Friday after xmas, small crowd about 1pm. After getting the feel for the place, sampled and wet sauna and jacuzzi, nice. Met a couple nice guys and in the end was able to give a guy the relief he needed and then got my relief in the public area. I'd go back if I was local.
