Spa at Chaco

Absolutely amazing experience! The spa attendants were incredibly accommodating & welcoming towards my mom, sister and I. It is one, if not the most beautiful spa I have been to. My mom’s massage therapist did an amazing job. We will most definitely be returning! 🤍 Thank you to everyone who made our experience so lovely.

My wife had an amazing 2 hour massage. 4 stars because they add a mandatory 20% gratuity to the massage fee. I’m not sure it qualifies as gratuity, it feels more like an additional fee when you don’t choose. But overall good!

I had the best spa day with Jovina. The CBD package was AMAZING and Jovina made it even BETTER with her magical hands! The atmosphere is such a vibe! I highly recommend.

Jovina was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She used techniques that I have never experienced before and was exactly what I needed. Got the face mask add on and it was fantastic. Beautiful spa, great staff. The ambiance is soft and relaxed with warm smells and natural textures. Highly recommend.

An amazing experience ! I had two services, a massage and a body treatment. Both were so relaxing and left me feeling wonderful. The staff here is so nice and helpful and each future trip to Albuquerque will include another visit to this wonderful spa ! I also love the outdoor sauna and the wraparound walkway with a warm fire.

I work fire season and was really looking forward to a relaxing massage before heading out on assignment — unfortunately, the spa didn’t quite meet my expectations. The overall accommodations weren’t as calming as I’d hoped, and the massage was honestly one of the least effective I’ve had. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. The mud wrap was also a letdown and didn’t offer the rejuvenating experience I was hoping for. That said, the staff was very kind, and Destiny in particular was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness stood out and made the visit feel a bit more worthwhile. While I wouldn’t book the same treatments again, I’d consider returning — just with a different masseuse or a new type of service.

The spa is stunning and such a beautiful place to relax while enjoying the elegant southwestern vibes that represent New Mexico. We booked the spa out to celebrate my upcoming wedding and the team was amazing!! The massages were elite, the charcuterie was divine! We enjoyed bubbles and wine, incredibly refreshing fruit infusers water and such comfort while at the Spa at Hotel Chaco. Jana was wonderful and helped arrange everything So that it was perfect. The entire team was warm and so lovely making this experience a dream! Will absolutely be back and cannot wait!
