Spa at Isleta

Wonderful environment, had the whole place to myself! I took the day off for my birthday to experience The Spa at Isleta Resort and Casino. First time, but definitely the first of many! Wonderful and immaculate environment with first class amenities to enjoy. The reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is due to the lady at the front desk. I wish she would have shown me where the pool area was at the intro. Later, she got too occupied with a coworker outside the Spa lobby. After the steam room, I waited 20 minutes by the desk. Since I was fully dry in my swimsuit at that point, and not wanting to expose myself to other guests at the resort, I gave up, changed, and packed up. Too bad. But, nonetheless I had a great time with what I was able to enjoy.

Looking for the perfect getaway to relax in peace and tranquility? Look no further—Isleta Spa is the ideal spot. Whether you’re just passing through or a local resident, this place is a must-visit. I had a wonderful experience—the spa was clean, beautifully designed, and so welcoming. I especially loved the two hot tubs: one indoors and one outdoors. The outdoor hot tub, with its waterfall feature and comfortable seating, made for a truly serene setting with gorgeous scenery all around. The Native American aesthetic throughout the spa added a unique and beautiful touch. It was the perfect way to celebrate my two-year anniversary with my love, and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Went for a self-care day today, and wow — I was so impressed with everything they have to offer! The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was friendly, and the services were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have fibromyalgia and Alicia was amazing with the deep tissue massage. She worked out the kinks and decreased my pain level! I especially loved the hot lavender towels. Highly recommend and I will be returning. 🙂

Wonderful spa! The staff was some of the nicest and most professional I’ve ever experienced! Jackie (the manager) went above and beyond to get my husband in for massages. Both of us had a massage by Michael who was wonderful! The amenities that come with the spa are a treat: eucalyptus steam room, jacuzzi spa, robes and sandals, lounge room with tea from NM Tea Co, showers, etc. We will definitely make this a yearly mini-vacation.

Excellent Spa! Great prices: fantastic management, very clean and great emenaties. This place is a wonderful retreat: located inside a hotel casino and event center. The hat tub jets are amazing! They have pools in male and female along side stocked resting rooms. Access to outdoor Jar Pool: super cool as well as large indoor outdoor pool with free cabanas and lounge chairs. A wonderful place to unwind. Plus the cell service is great for those that might not want to have to answer the phone but must be available. :-)))

I had a Platinum Hydro Facial scheduled for a Saturday, the Friday before they called to cancel my appointment stating the provider would not be in. I can't begin to express how saddening and disappointing this news was for me as I expressed at the time of scheduling I have tied to schedule a facial at multiple locations only to have my appointment canceled the day before or the day of. I was assured the Spa at Isleta had a committed, professional staff and cancellation was unlikely....fast forward and here we are. I will not be rescheduling and nor will I be recommending the Spa at Isleta. I would like Isleta to know they fumbled the opportunity to have a regular, loyal customer and I will encourage anyone thinking about scheduling here to look elsewhere
