Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Meh...it is not fair to compare to The Salamander, but comparing to a local competitor, ME, it was really marginal. The place looks a bit run down, the staff is not super polished for a spa. The massage itself was nothing special. For 50 min massage, I received a 40 min massage (red digital clock is in the room) and despite being asked about "focus areas," it was a generic rub down. My neck and shoulders were just as tight post massage from the weird position my arms were placed in during the massage. $150 experiment. Not for me, not going back.

Shade’ is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to several all over the world due to moving a lot for work and she is hands down, the best. Very professional and kind and really works out my sore muscles.

I've had so many massages here over 2 years and I've always had a pretty good experience. Ever since RICE joined their team I have felt so amazing. His care is so specific to your needs, he has a notebook to keep track of my pain and improvements and he really understands anatomy and reflexology. He's so talented and I really am grateful to have found him. Also a big s/o to TINA and THOMAS they are sooooo amazing and talented as well and even bigger shout out to their reception team! Everyone i meet at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. Great example of top customer service and its obvious why I've been coming every 4 weeks for 2 years now

If you can commit to a membership this is your place. Clean rooms, professional therapists and an overall feel-good ambience. I highly recommend Tina who is friendly and super talented. She finds the spots and applies the right pressure and her pace is just perfect. I received a much needed wholesome and relaxing massage that will help to calm down my sciatica. Thank you, Tina!

Haiti, Maha & Sharday (may have spelled wrong) were all wonderful. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. They helped make my birthday special with the great customer service and service.

Had a great experience with Heidi on a very busy Christmas Eve! She was very patient with me and explained the deals and specials multiple times as I was trying to decide what gift to get. She made it easy!
