Sauna House

This is the most amazing place in the Universe. The hot and cold experience was a balm for me during time where raising little people and reconnecting with my own body was a priority and need. II haven’t been there in almost two years… and it’s even better. You have a social area and always meet incredible and amazing people. The cold plunge and rest area is so well thought out. The silent sauna downstairs is a peaceful and gentle spot and the cold plunge tubs are an Incredible addition. Best sauna house ever, most amazing staff you can find and all they have everything you need for an extraordinary experience. They offer now so many possible add ons to your experience … even sauna hats!!!

l've been coming here for a while and have always loved the space. Tonight was my first time getting a massage, and it was a wonderful experience. Logan did a fantastic job, and following the massage with the sauna and cold plunge made it feel especially restorative. The whole experience was thoughtful, relaxing, and deeply rejuvenating. Highly recommend.

This is the best place in Asheville! They have 2 levels. Both levels have showers/dry change rooms to prepare (must shower before and wear swimsuit) for the community sauna, cold shower, and cold plunge pool. Downstairs is a quiet zone because thats where the massage rooms are. The environment is very clean and relaxing, the staff are very kind and helpful. They also offer massages, tea, and other hydrating beverages for purchase. Definitely worth the experience......oh and its phone free!

LOVE this place. Enjoy a CBD bevy & do the cold plunge. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Sauna House is clean, aesthetically pleasing & fun. Upgrades since Helene are great. Visiting family and friends I’ve brought in previously always want to return.

We were In Asheville for the day and looking for something relaxing…well Sauna House delivered! Affordable price, calming atmosphere, hot saunas, cold plunges, warming chairs in the resting area, and barely audible (as it should be) ambient music. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We loved the experience and will return.

I try to hit a sauna in every city I travel and the Sauna House - Asheville is one of the best. It’s a well done smaller version of the Bathouse in NYC. The facility is co-ed and social (awesome) but I noticed at the end of my visit they did have private rooms downstairs. Downstairs is a silent area, which was a nice touch. The main floor sauna (stone not infrared) is HOT (as it should be), the cold plunge came in at a balmy 43 degrees according to my Garmin watch, and the heated benches are an awesome touch. At $40 for two hours, it’s a really solid value.

Sauna Haus is amazing & constantly improving even after I think they’ve already set the bar! It’s peaceful, nourishing, relaxing, clean, and rejuvenating. I love the quiet downstairs, the vibe of the space, the drinks, the saunas, the cold plunges, and the warm benches. Even their soaps and shampoo smell divine! They have everything you need and more for a 2hr retreat to decompress.
