Came in cuz I’m from outta town and the person who guided me was a gal from the front desk, Kristie. Beautiful personality and was very helpful in informing me where everything was. Thank you Kristie for your assistance and looking forward to coming back!

I unfortunately joined for a year and decided to cancel after I noticed that the gym is unkept & very dirty. People don’t clean up after themselves. Gym needs a deep cleaning. Workout equipment is not updated. Cardio equipment is out of order and the hart monitors are out on most.

I have been coming to this gym for about 1.5 years and I could not be happier! If you’re looking for a gym that actually cares about its members, this is it. The customer service from Kristie at the front desk is top-tier; she’s helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Just as importantly, Myra does an amazing job with ensuring the facility is clean and is always so nice and caring. In fact, every staff member at 24/hour is incredibly kind and encouraging, and I love being apart of that community! It’s this energy from the staff and other gym-goers that makes this gym stand out!

Wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO DANIEL the Sales Manager at this location for keeping his Club clean over night, saw him vacuuming and cleaning cardio equipment last night around 3am. Nice to see a manager working over night to keep the gym clean 💪💪 Keep up the good work Young Man !!!

This location definitely needs some love! I went to a body pump class and the equipment is so incredibly old. I am hoping this review can help whoever has to approve renovations realize this locations condition cannot compete with the other newer gyms. Also my home 24 hour location in Spring has been renovated twice in the short time it has been open. So I know for a fact not all the locations look this way. Please start updating! I don't want this location to close!

Seeking out a new start to a healthy me and I’m thankful I stopped by 24 Hour Fitness at the Hancock Center. It’s has an old school feel when you walk in. Daniel the sales manager was great! He assisted me while taking me on a tour of the facility. He was attentive to my questions regarding membership, and even gave me a run down of their training that’s offered.

I had a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness. The gym was extremely clean, well-organized, and had a very professional atmosphere from the moment I walked in. All the equipment and common areas were well maintained, which made working out feel comfortable and motivating. Ricardo was especially helpful—he took the time to show me around the gym, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very welcome. Overall, excellent service and a great facility. Highly recommend!
