I've been coming here for a few months now and everyone has been professional, but Audrey really stands out. She has a solid understanding of anatomy and doesn't just focus on the spot that hurts. She works the surrounding muscles that are actually contributing to the problem, which makes a huge difference. Every session with her, my range of motion improves and my pain drops noticeably. I have yet to regret a single appointment with Audrey; I'd highly recommend her.

10/10 Hannah was fantastic and used the perfect amount of pressure targeting the problem areas I noted from 6 years of sitting in a computer chair for 15 hours a day. I'll definitely be coming back because I haven't felt this much relief ever. Also note they are a tip less establishment which was cool first for me.

I have been to Mantis SoCo location a few times and have had an amazing experience with each visit. Last night I saw Janice and I feel absolutely incredible this morning. Months of back pain / tension truly melted away in my 75 min session with her. I can’t wait to go back and continue working on my pain points together - THANK YOU JANICE!! I feel like a new lady today. Also - bc Google is asking me - imo pricing is totally reasonable and they don’t let you tip bc it’s built into how they pay their staff. Totally worth the experience.

I've been going to Mantis for years now and always have such an amazing and relaxing experience with both locations. This last time I went I tried out Ashiatsu with Kimberly for the first time and she was PHENOMENAL! Absolutely recommend seeing her for all your aches and pains over at the South Congress location!

I came in a few weeks ago and got a massage from Mandis. She was amazing. Really took the time before we got started to understand the areas that were gonna need the most attention, the type of pressure etc. Made me feel really comfortable and confident. She was very professional and just had an all around great vibe.. 10/10 would go back and 10/10 would ask for Mandis again.

I had phenomenal experience at Mantis with Audrey. She got deep into all my muscular nooks and crannies with perfect pressure and was very responsive to what she felt along the way. She is a very intuitive therapist and I will definitely be back for more.
