Spa Reveil has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 483 reviews on Google
Lydia’s hands are truly heaven-sent. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with her, and she was phenomenal—professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Everyone at the facility was welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. I 10/10 recommend SpaReveil.
I hadn’t been to Spa Reveil in a few years but decided to return and give it another try. We received Swedish massages from Lacie and Lola, and both were excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which set a nice tone from the start. There were a couple of minor issues; the hot water wasn’t working for the tea, and one of the locker room showers was out of order. That said, overall the experience was noticeably better than my last visit, and it seems like they’re making improvements.
LOVE them. I’m from San Francisco where there is a full day spa and/or bathhouse in every neighborhood. I’ve had the most difficult time in Austin finding something similar where there are amenities as well as services. I spent 3 1/2 hours here the other day and feel amazing. I did the package with the hydrotherapy, massage, facial, and pedicure. A nail technician was not on that day, so I extended the facial to a full instead of the advertised 30 minutes. Each tech was wonderful. My only thoughts are that it could use a little warming up in the way of paint or art. It was a little chilly, though I’m sure once it gets hotter outside that will be welcomed. And it would be nice if there were some toiletries in the bathroom for after services (i.e. spray deodorant, Q-tips, body lotion, maybe some mouthwash, tampons, face wash, and some hair gel and anti-frizz). I did not shower, so I’m not sure if they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. These things would definitely make it on par with other true day spas. Arrive early to take advantage of their steam room and resting lounge stocked with various teas, hot chocolate, and lemon water. I didn’t even miss the fact that there wasn’t a jacuzzi because I was able to do the hydro tub. I will definitely be back!
This place was so much better than I even thought. Reasonable price for an hour massage, and it included private access to the shower and sauna! They also gave me a robe and slippers, aromatherapy, and hot tea. I recommend this place 😄
If I could give this place negative five stars, I absolutely would. The management and front desk staff are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered at a spa. The atmosphere is anything but peaceful or restorative—it’s tense and unwelcoming from the moment you walk in. Their behavior reflects a complete lack of compassion or integrity, which makes "Spa Réveil" feel like false advertising. The truth is, what’s really "reveiled" here isn’t relaxation—it’s the ugly attitude and poor character behind the pretty décor. If you actually want to find peace, respect, and genuine care, I recommend taking your money to a place that lives up to what a spa should be: healing, kind, and human. Note: I REALLY didn't feel safe when a guy who works in the spa, with a knife in a holster, smoking, covered in tatoos, and had an obvious crook vibe, walked outside. And working at a spa? At the domain? It was bizarre. Especially when he started threatening us. Definitely the lowest class experience I've ever had.
I did not have the best experience. I came with a group who pre-booked our appointment. The spa moved up appointments and shorted a lot of our group on time. My "60 minute" Swedish massage was not worth the price (and it was cut short). The massage room was cold and drafty along with the waiting area. The massage therapist was professional but just wasn’t a good fit for me (not her fault). I will not be returning
My car got towed while I got a massage. I am pretty sure they are working together because it was so fast it almost doesn't seem possible. The tow company said verbatim that if I brought a receipt it wouldn't matter. Avoid at all costs, something fishy is happening here. This spa will respond and attempt to cover up their predatory practices. Don't believe the nonsense. Read all the reviews. This place NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED!!!
