I’ve been getting prenatal massages from Margaryta for a few months now & she is literallllyyyy the best. I’ve been feeling so puffy and tense during my pregnancy but after I see her, I always feel significantly better. She isn’t extremely gentle (which I LOVE) because I want someone who’s actually going to massage me and help work out any knots - which you don’t get when someone is very light handed. She does the perfect amount of pressure in my opinion. She is perfect for me & im so glad I found her because I’ll continue going to her even after I give birth! 🙂 She is sweet and very punctual & makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend Margaryta for the best massage ever!! 10/10

I have been a loyal Europhoria client for several years and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I noticed an inconsistency in the check‑in process that left me uncomfortable. Out of four patrons checking in, I was the only one asked to provide my date of birth in addition to my name. None of the other patrons—who were non‑Black—were asked for this extra information. In all my years coming here, I’ve never been asked for a date of birth at check‑in, and I did not observe the receptionist asking anyone else for it that day. I emailed management, and they stated they would follow up. Since the spa records audio and video, it should be easy to review the interaction and confirm the inconsistency. My concern is simple: 25% of the time that morning, the check‑in procedure was followed differently, and I was the only person singled out. I hope this is addressed so all clients receive consistent and equitable service. As I am reading previous complaints it appears the front desk can utilize some training and education. They will respond to your concerns with a hallmark response, my indicated that I clearly cannot tell the difference of how I was treated.

Michele is the one who does my Fecial every two to three weeks. My experience with Michele is excellent. She knows what to recommend and what you need based on your skin type. She so great . EuroPhoria is the best place to go for self care. I Recomend for everyone to try it. Membership is the best deal if you plan to do self care as a routine.

Rissa is a massage therapist there and she is the absolute best. I want to make sure whoever is in charge knows how great she is. I have had so many massages for migraines and injuries and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. She’s very knowledgeable and does the very best deep tissue massage. Can’t say enough good things about her!

Nia is an incredibly knowledgeable aesthetician that has done such an amazing job taking care of my skin! I've only been seeing her since August or so, but I have seen so much improvement in my skin texture. Every session is so incredibly relaxing, and Nia does a great job of making the room calm, peaceful, and welcoming. Thank you so much Nia!!!
