I had a wonderful experience at this spa! I booked a maternity massage after waking up with some severe back pain and they were able to get me an appointment at my preferred location almost immediately. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing from the moment I walked in and was exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, soothing, and very thoughtfully done. Chalae made sure I was supported and relaxed the entire time. I left feeling refreshed and calm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and restorative experience!

"HEALING HANDS"! I visited Even Keel in Baltimore today for a massage. I had several areas of concern and Janice was amazing. She ensured she understood my preferences and went to work. All I can say once I woke up I felt great . Thank Janice for your expertise. You will be seeing me again.

Wonderful location, beautiful facility, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient free parking too! I appreciated the locker room with showers and the buttery soft robes. I got a massage with Kathy and my stress melted away. Nikki gave me an incredible facial and I left with a big smile on my face, feeling refreshed and recharged. I've been getting compliments on my skin ever since. Even Keel is a must if you want to be relax and be treated right in a luxurious atmosphere.

This 1-star is for their management policy. I had an appointment scheduled for 9AM Friday Jan 2nd. When I woke up, my appointment had to be rescheduled because their masseuse called out sick (I get it, people get sick). I was rescheduled for Saturday morning. Saturday morning, my dog had to go to the Emergency room (with a vet bill to prove). I was told my $100 appointment fee could not be waived or used for a future visit!!!!! So let me get this right.... It is OK for your masseuse to call out sick and disrupt MY day off from work that I cannot recover, but when I have proof of an emergency Vet visit, you will NOT HONOR mine for a future credit!!!?? What ever happened to valuing your customers? I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT HERE!

My skin haven’t felt this good in a very long time after a facial. I had a really great experience - thanks to Alina. Apart from the amazing face & shoulder massage and the relaxing facial treatment I received a lot of great extra tips to incorporate into my daily routine. If you are looking for a perfect mix of expertise and hospitality, don’t hesitate to book a facial with Alina. You won’t regret it!

I am literally about to pay for the massage service I just received here with Kathy. Absolutely perfect and one of the most unique experiences I’ve had with a massage therapist. She listened and was very receptive to not only my body but what I was talking about.
