I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Jessica truly listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice on what would suit me best, and nailed the final look. On top of that, her energy was so positive and uplifting—it made the entire appointment enjoyable. I left feeling amazing and loving my hair!

Took my 12 year old here for her first dye job. This place is like finding a secret room in your house, full of friends or siblings you've never met, who happen to all "do hair" for a living. A lot of laughter and camaraderie. Child had a great time, was DELIGHTED with her purple understory--a term I'm coining, thank you--and she will now start saving her allowance for the next visit. Daddy can't pay every time! Thank you all, and especially Dayè for a great experience and lasting memory of a good time, not to mention a great hairstyle!

I booked a curly hair cut with Laura. She was very knowledgeable. Curly hair girls will know this is a big deal - but I didn’t have to go home and restyle my hair to know I liked the cut. I will definitely be going back. Not only for the haircut, but to also give Pete some much deserved pets.

OK so first off lol im not used to going to a salon or NOTHING like this. i'm a guy coming from regular black barbershops getting regular black haircuts and even since growing my hair, i've always just gone to a friends house or something lowkey, but my friend cassidy (casserole) started working here so of course i had to support her. this place is amazing i'm not going to lie, its very boho very free spirit very gender fluid and all that. the time i came in to get my locs retwisted and it was a slew of different kinds of hair stylist and different kinds of people getting their hair done. they also had white claw drinkswhich i never had before as well as snacks and other drinks and it was free for the customers!!! they were playing music good conversations and it was just a cool chill vibe. mind you, i am a 6'3 230 lbs ghetto guy and this place was actually lowkey cool. definitely nice fr

Cool, fun salon with talented stylists. Beautiful space & RGB mural on the building. One of the best salon experiences I’ve had & I used to work at a top salon in dc area. Will definitely come back & recommend to friends. Laura - the salon owner-was so sweet to come in early & bring in Pete on my Bday! 🐶 💜✌️

The staff is an absolute delight to be around. They are all so inclusive and talented. As a non-binary person, I appreciate the efforts made to be gender inclusive. On the website and the phone they ask which pronouns you use. They also charge by length of cut, not men's or women's cut, and by the time it takes. The stylists are well trained at dying, styling, clipper cuts, extensions and more. Definitely worth a visit and if I lived in the area permanently, I would be going here for all my hair needs. Also before and after with my hair are in my photos, went brown to blonde per Melissa and Laura's recommendations.

Got exactly what I wanted. The vibes were immaculate, and Laura is the pinnacle of hairstyle professional. Absolute perfection, I’m obsessed with my hair.
