The Emporium Signature Spa Mid City

I had an AMAZING experience. I could not have had a better time. I have had massages in the past at other spas, and while they were great, none of them have compared to the relaxation and restoration in my muscles that I felt after this massage. I cannot express how much I enjoyed this experience in words. This was not only a relaxing massage, but Bonnie made sure to really communicate with me about my high tension areas and address them. I have recommended The Emporium to all of my friends. I will definitely be back when I visit BR again.

The place was very clean, and the room had a relaxing atmosphere with a great setup and pleasant scents. The massage therapist was excellent and very respectful. Larenza did a wonderful job with me, and for my wife, Olivia was outstanding. My wife mentioned she had a massage before her pregnancy, but this one was much better for her.

Very clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Amenities. Therapists were quiet and had good energy. The wrapping with blankets and hot towels are really nice! Hot stone for my husband was a bit too hot he said. But otherwise we really enjoyed it and will come again!

I’m sharing my unfortunate experience so others can book with realistic expectations about management practices. After I shared my honest review on another platform, this business blocked my account, which I found disappointing and concerning regarding transparency and censorship of public reviews. I’ve been unable to use a credit I have from April, and the issue remains unresolved after many attempts to remedy this with management. I will work with the Better Business Bureau to document my poor experience and pursue some resolution. They appear to have other complaints with the BBB. I’ve felt that management was both unkind and dismissive in my interactions, which makes it difficult to resolve issues professionally. There appears to be frequent staff turnover and administrative confusion. Policies seem to change often, making it hard for clients to feel confident or supported. At one point, management said they "hire creatives," which they felt explains the disorganization, but consistency and accountability should be basic expectations in any business.

Update: Paige was very knowledgeable and sweet and my facial was magnificent. I could have took Paige hands home with me lol. The staff was very welcoming and offered amenities. Nice and clean establishment off government street, U was feeling the peaceful vibe. Downtown location Everyone was very kind Jermy did my massage and it was amazingly great!

Highly recommend for facials. Staff is so sweet and the place is high vibrational. I recommend Sydney for any facial or brow service, she makes the experience special and after getting dermaplaning here, the appearance of my skin has improved dramatically. 5 stars

Sherah is the best at what she does, hands down. She knows all my pressure points, and l always release my stress levels. I will continue to make an appointment with her in the future. Thank you, Sherah, you rock! I hope you enjoyed your birthday.
