Felt worse than i came in, finger in the mouth situation. Felt degrading and unprofessional. I was trying to relax but she kept talking about how bad my skin is and how I need to use her products and buy her treatments (BS!). Ive gotten facials done at other places and this one was not pleasing for the price point. I would have maybe considered the product if the customer experience was better, but it was subpar and horrible experience.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out a facial treatment at Bellevue Massage & spa by Shelly and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish.The products used during the facial were of exceptional quality. I could instantly feel the difference as my skin absorbed the nourishing serums and moisturizers. Shelly also provided useful skincare tips and recommendations to my skin type, which I truly appreciated. From the soft music playing in the background to the warm towels and aromatic essential oils, every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance relaxation and ensure a memorable visit. After my facial, my skin looked and felt amazing. It was noticeably smoother, more radiant, and deeply hydrated. I left with a renewed sense of confidence and a desire to return for future treatments. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a top-notch skincare experience. The knowledgeable staff and high-quality products make it a standout choice for anyone seeking professional spa treatments. Shelly is best.

I first came to this place with my Sister-in-law as part of a facial Groupon and I am so glad I did! This was my first facial and it has turned how I take care of my face around. I was having trouble with acne and was using acne medication but at times it seemed to make it worse. Turns out I have dry skin, who knew that could cause acne? Now I cleanse and moisturize my skin and what a difference it has made! Plus the monthly facials. There are two people I have seen there and one is great for a nice relaxing facial but has good recommendations but if you have complicated skin and need a lot of advice then Shelly is a go to. She did a great job on my Sister-in-law as she has ovarian disease which causes a lot of redness and acne and there was a huge difference in her redness after the treatment. I've seen her once and was pleased at how knowledgeable she is and my skin looks better than ever.

i have been seeing Shelley for almost 4 years now, she is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled aesthetician! my skin has turned from having large balckheads everywhere, being oily to normal with tiny invisible pores.

Talked the entire time ( like tried to have a convo??) , actually caused my skin to breakout, got oil all over my hair, accidently put her finger in my mouth, quoted me a price for a mask then charged more at the counter. Would not recommend, will not be returning

It was an exquisite 2 hours..... starting with a facial, followed by a hot stone massage. This visit was given to me as a Christmas gift and absolutely the best I received!!! I will be returning and recommending the services to my friends. Shelley, you are the best!

I have had facial sessions for my acne treatment and it has been the best experience so far along with a lot of learning about my skin, diet etc in hands of person as knowledgeable,kind and caring as Shelly , more power to you for the great service you do 🙂
