Carolyn and I came to Seattle to celebrate my birthday. After reviewing their reviews. It makes sense why they have such great reviews. We selected the couples massage for two hours. Carolyn said Yoyo was terrific and I had Michelle and she was heaven sent. We have had massages all over the US and Hawaii. This is in our top 3. I recommend this spa because they are professional and treat you well. Great birthday gift. I will be back. Thank you, Charles

I had a doctor's appointment and then plans to meet a friend for dinner, leaving me with about an hour to spare in between. I was debating whether to go home or find something to do, but my body was sore from the gym, so I searched for nearby massage places. This spot came up as the closest one--and it was also very close to the restaurant--so I decided to walk in. I was helped right away by two very kind ladies and taken into a room almost immediately. I honestly didn't want the massage to end. The therapist really focused on the muscles that were sore from my workout. I was 100% sure I'd be in pain the next day from how deep she worked, but surprisingly, I left feeling relaxed, had a great night's sleep after dinner, and woke up the next morning feeling even better. No soreness at all. They use unscented oil, which is a big plus if you have asthma or allergies. The only downside was that the linens had a slight "stored" smell--like clean laundry that's been sitting in a closet for a while. It wasn't a bad odor, just noticeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back--probably once a week after one of my gym days to reset

I booked a last-minute 60-minute deep tissue with Michelle. I was pleased with my experience. Michelle is really skilled and attentive. She helped relieve all my tension areas. I will definitely return. 12-11-2025 update My experience with Nancy was amazing as well!

Excellent techniques here but my massage has been continually interrupted by people walking in the door. More than once they leave me and must attend to them. It's even happened more than once in during the same massage. At $100 an hour I think I'll go somewhere else going forward because it disrupts the experience

I had an amazing massage at Jade Harbor Spa! The staff were professional, kind, and truly attentive to my needs. My therapist listened carefully to the areas I wanted to focus on and used just the right amount of pressure. The environment was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and pain-free. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality massage therapy!

I drove from Yakima to Seattle and really needed a massage. I booked a 90-minute JH Signature Massage with Yoyo, and it was absolutely professional. She asked about my needs and gave attention to my whole body, including my feet. I felt completely relaxed, and when I walked out of the spa, it was like being reborn. Haha! I’m planning to come back again before I leave Seattle. Truly the best massage I’ve ever had!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Yoyo! She is very professional, attentive, and really knows how to find and release all the tension points. The pressure was perfect — firm but comfortable — and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free. Yoyo truly cares about her clients and customizes the massage to your needs. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a real deep tissue experience! I will come back 👍👍
