Lam and Nick are highly professional and talented. Welcoming too. Heather is highly unprofessional. 45 mins late to appt and sent strange text messages to me while I was waiting for her in salon. Fortunately Nick and Lam agreed to do my hair since I had a scheduled event.
I’ve never been happier with a haircut in my life. Lam was exceptionally nice, professional, and skilled.
DO NOT GO TO LA TOUR FOR LASHES!! SHE DID EVERYTHING WRONG AND UNPROFESSIONALLY. I LEFT WITH PAIN - FEELS LIKE BROKEN GLASS BETWEEN MY EYELIDS. MY EYELIDS ARE SO SWOLLEN. SHE ALSO GAVE ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STYLE THAN I ASKED FOR-MADE MY EYES LOOK DROOPY. THEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD FIX IT AND ACTUALLY JANKED GLUED ON LASHES OUT!!! NOOO! THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL JERK, ARGUING, INTERRUPTING ME. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SALON TO TAKE OFF ALL OF THESE OVER GLUED LASHES. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS SALON.
Very honestly the best eyelash extension service I've ever had! She's a pro! Shelley sets up her space for comfort, is very gentle and so skilled. She has customized my lashes every time and I will always recommend her! Seriously book her!
The best eyelash extension salon you can find in East Bay. Shelly is extremely skillful, fast and reasonably. You can be in and out in 45 minutes with the most naturally yet subtly lavishly eyelash extensions done. Highly recommended.

I got eyelash extensions a week ago for a wedding. I wanted natural looking lashes, so asked for a classic set. My lashes looked like I had a caterpillar on them. Not anything like the classic sets I’ve gotten in the past. I figured that was ok since I was going to a glamorous wedding in LA. It is now Wednesday, less than a week after I got them and my right eyelashes are totally dropping. It looks CRAZY! I am on vacation and had to find a place to remove them since they looked so bad. I know how to care for them, it was just a very bad application Don’t waste your money!
