I decided to try the float pod and it was a great experience! I went in and was greeted and taken care of by Morgan, she was very lovely. Since it was my first time there I didn’t know what to expect, but Morgan told me what to do to get the best experience. If you don’t know what to expect here’s a little info: You go in and put out your bath mats and then take a shower to get the oils off of your body. Then there are amenities like hair caps, and ear plugs you can use inside the pod. Next, you get in the float pod, close the top, and push the button to let whoever is helping you know that you are starting and to turn off the moving water. You can turn off the lights that are inside the pod if you would like to get the full effect as well. When inside the pod you float without trying because of the high salt content, which is so helpful to get all the weight off your body to get highly relaxed. After your time is up, the water in the pod starts moving so you know to get out. When you’re done you can choose to shower again to get all the salt off of you. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash you can use. Super great experience! I would recommend anyone to try the float pod!
