I received a gift card for Christmas and was honestly hesitant to use it given a poor experience I had here in the past. However, I am so glad I gave them another chance! The improvements were immediately noticeable. The atmosphere has been significantly upgraded: the distracting food smells are gone, replaced by soothing white noise and relaxation music. The lighting is also much better—while still a bit bright in the waiting area, the treatment rooms are now much dimmer and more conducive to relaxing than before. A huge shoutout to Sarah E., who was fantastic. She really listened to my concerns and focused on the specific areas that were bothering me. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, effective massage. It’s clear the management is making an effort to improve the client experience!"

Shannon did my first ever facial and it was so nice! She was very sweet and sent me home with a list of affordable products that would help my skin. Definitely book with her!

My girlfriends and I booked a mini spa day and each had a massage and mini facial. Shannon did such a wonderful job with my facial and really made me feel good in the skin I’m in. That girl really knows how to hype a gal up! I so enjoyed my time with her. Sarah did my massage and when I tell you her hands are magical, I mean it!! She managed to find every part of me that was tense and make me so relaxed I needed a hot second to recuperate. Thank you, Spaah, for making our girls day a great day. We’ll be back!

Spaah's staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They offer a wide variety of services: a couples massage, a solo treat, or a gift certificate for a friend, they have something for everyone. They also have sweet add-ons like roses and chocolate. I highly recommend Spaah for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa experience in Bloomington!

Massage was great, but atmosphere was not so good. The rooms were cubicles with sliding doors and no music or calm atmosphere.

Had literally the best massage I’ve ever experience with Angela! I came in for a full 2 hour massage after getting into a car accident and walked out feeling loads better. In my notes, I noted that I always feel cold and requested hot stones, reiki and trigger points. Angela had the bed nice and toasty for me and used an awesome balance of all techniques. They finished the session with an energy alignment as well. The environment is very different from your normal "high end spa" and I’ve seen several reviews commenting on that. However, the space is clean and well decorated, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, and nothing about the building’s layout took away from my massage. I will definitely be back!
