Grove Fitness Club & Spa

Took my first fitness class with Ed this morning. Great class for any level fitness. I am just getting back to the gym after a long injury and Ed was so encouraging and gave great direction! I would say that this class was more difficult for me just getting back in shape but I can see it being a perfectly moderate class after attending for a while. Will be back!

When I lived in Boise and worked at CenturyLink I received a discounted membership through my health and wellness program. Sadly I moved away but chose this hotel location when I am in town, just to revisit this faculty. Extremely clean and well kept fitness club. All of their machines and equipment are state of the art. I only came for the steam room and pool, but can vouche for every aspect of this business. I am not sure if it's the same owner of the hotel, but hats off to whoever runs this place. They have too much to offer for me to say in this measly review, I highly recommend visiting their website to see everything they have to offer. I'll be back, again and again.

Small but nice gym. Should be everything most people need for a decent workout. Very clean workout areas and kind employees but bathroom/locker room had a strong urine odor. In any case, views are great and make it feel bigger than it is. I'll be back for sure.

One of the cleanest and well equipped gyms I’ve been to in a long time. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Consider window shades if you’re going have all your cardio facing the sun all day. Oof. Something to think about. Great little club!

The space is small for the spa but April does an amazing job with her facial/massage! Truly gifted. I had a really nice experience and recommend it to anyone needing a little extra care

Gym is okay. Some things are awful, like the hot tub. It’s filled with bacteria and I developed a rash every time I went in it. Finally put 2 and 2 together. No hot tub, no rash. Proper hot tub care is ignored at this gym. It’s not that difficult to properly maintain a hot tub and it’s disappointing to see this at an otherwise decent gym Google - "Hot tub skin irritation, often called hot tub rash or hot tub folliculitis, is typically caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which thrives in warm, moist environments like poorly maintained hot tubs."
