PLUNJ is the best! The sauna is hot and the cold plunge is cold and together they create a healing contrast therapy session that we have come to love. The members I have met are so nice and respectful. Azlyn and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful every time we go.

I love Plunj. The ambiance is amazing in the rooms. It really allows for relaxation along with a total health vibe. The heat and the cold are super hot and super cold. It is perfect. And the help are amazing at keeping it humid and keeping us refreshed with water and electrolytes! Love it!

This was absolutely so much fun. The host shows you everything so you know exactly what to do. Can't wait to go back!!

I had a great experience at PLUNJ Boise! You don’t have to sell me on the benefits of cold plunge. I’ve been to other places around the United States and this place is definitely legit. It can be used as an hour long meditative experience. It could also be a date night with friends or your loved one. It’s obviously very beneficial for recovery. I went in the other day feeling kind of sluggish and tired, but left feeling rejuvenated. The staff is fantastic and really make you feel welcome. Everything is brand new and state of the art. I love the traditional bucket shower before entering the cold plunge to prepare you for the cold. Honestly, I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. I’m excited to go there more often. They also have some great deals since they just opened. I would definitely get in there quickly!

Took advantage of their amazing introductory offer, "just to see" and now I am 100% hooked. Going every chance I get and loving the whole experience. The facility is spotless and the staff so kind and helpful. Feel spoiled while there and completely rejuvenated AND relaxed when I leave. Thank you Plunj.

The experience was seamless and rejuvenating! It was my first time trying contrast therapy and I would absolutely go back. The front desk rep Capri was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience and made sure we were doing alright regularly. I would absolutely go back and recommend this experience to those who are interested in their health and wellbeing.

Manager is so kind. I love all the front desk people. They are super helpful. The location is clean and fresh towels are always available. In 6 weeks I’ve lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle according to my dexa scan. This is in addition to working out of course, but it was over Christmas so I ate all the sugary things. Really helps with inflammation. Also I love the neoprene foot covers they are a must.
