I had a great experience at Happy Feet Spa! I met with Annie and she was wonderful, very professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing. The service was excellent and I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.

I’m a retuning customer and I loved this spot. Today I had a horrible experience! Twice I had to tell John about the pressure was too hard! He also was doing massage positions that had me in pain. I also became uncomfortable when he was massaging my butt area numerous time. I had told him that I didn’t like the massages he was doing and to stop. He went to massage again and still going towards my butt area and I discontinued the whole service. Happy the service was close to the end already. When I was checking out, I decided to give him lower than a 20% tip because I didn't like the service. I usually tip them more than 20% because the total price is cheap. He insisted I give him 20% and I told him I come there very often and never knew of that rule. I was very upset with John service! I recommend this place to others and now I’m scared to do so after this experience, hoping they don’t get him!

Happy head to toe! While my feet soaked in a warm tub, I received the most wonderful head, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage. Then came the deep, relieving foot massage. Then the calf and thigh massage. Then back and shoulders. Hamstrings, hips, I-T bands. Some stretch work and invigorating patting throughout to get the lymph flowing. I had walked in feeling sore and tired from several active days of hiking and walking. I left feeling light, loose, and well cared for.

The space was clean and I appreciated that the foot massage included scalp, arms, and shoulders but the pressure was so intense it hurt me the entire time. There was no letting up on how hard I was being massaged. I’ve had pain in my left calf for a week after getting a foot massage here, mainly from how deep the pressure was continuously applied. Also, I felt like my masseuse was rushing to do everything and get me out the door? I’d go with a different provider next time.

I came for a 30-minute foot massage and was pressured to book an hour instead. The massage was just okay. When I went to pay (they don’t take Apple Pay), the staff acted annoyed that I used my card. I tipped $5 on a $49 service, and the lady yelled at me in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. Worst experience would not recommend.

Foot reflexology can get quite addicting, I’ve had the same female therapist both times I went(sorry I dont know her name). You feel your body releasing all tension and tiredness from just 1 hour Combo session. I love that the combo is fully clothed, they soak your feet in warm water while they are massaging your head. Then they massage your feet and lastly your full body. Since your are fully clothed they set you up in a room full of low tables, it doesn’t typically get crowded. They are very good at trying to keep it quiet and peaceful so you can have the best experience. Lastly, the massages are very different from Swedish to compare. It is more of applying pressure to release the facia, they hit most trigger points and they do a little bit of stretching.

Staff were very friendly and overall the massage was good. My friends weren't expecting to be "slapped", but when it was over they said they enjoyed it too.
