Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my first massage. It felt good. Lisa was great. She really put her back into it. The room was nice, the blankets warm, the music soothing. My only complaint would be that the thing I had to put my face into put a strain on my neck, which kind of defeated the purpose I thought. Maybe they're all like that, I don't know, but all in all, a good experience.

Jamie Brian and Dewey are absolutely amazing massage therapists! Jamie and Brian are fantastic at relaxation but still getting the stress/pain out. Then Dewey was seemingly born to be a massage therapist. He genuinely has fixed/helped my issues in ways that no one else has before. I was always hesitant to try male therapists to the point that I’d ask for a female. But they have completely changed my opinion on the matter. I’d recommend them to anyone!

The atmosphere is so chill right when you walk in and everyone is very friendly. Sarah did such an amazing job, my massage was super relaxing and really got out a lot of tension in my back.

Carolyn does my facials-she is wonderful and kind. A 5! However, I was very disappointed in my front desk experience when I went to pay. It took at least 20 minutes to get checked out, before someone else had to intervene. It was a simple transaction and purchase. It took forever. But Amanda never apologized nor did she give me eye contact or conduct herself in a professional manner. This has never happened at Hand and Stone. I would not have written this review had she called and apologized. She was arrogant and rude. I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

I have been going to this Hand & Stone at least monthly, sometimes bi-weekly, since 2019. The facility is always welcoming and clean, and the front desk employees are always very kind and helpful. I would specifically like to call out my massage therapist there, Gabby. Gabby is absolutely amazing! I consider him my healer, not just my massage therapist. He has the ability to fix any pain I have brought to his attention in one session. I recommend everyone to see Gabby & see what they have been missing!!

I’ve been getting regular massages at Hand & Stone for over a year now and their services are excellent. The monthly membership is also incredible value. Highly recommend!

The massage I had at Hand and Stone was wonderful! The massage therapist I see, Bri, does an excellent job. She’s professional, friendly, competent and strong. She remembers my needs, and always has the room set up just right. The owner, manager and other front desk people are friendly and welcoming. The building is very pleasant, not overdone, and always very clean. I bought a monthly membership which offers a number of special deals and perks. I feel their prices are competitive. I would recommend Hand and Stone to anyone who wants an excellent massage.
