Infrared Salt Therapy

The entire experience was enlightening and relaxing. Along with the infrared sauna there was atomized salt therapy and red light therapy which seems like an unusual treatment but has scientific evidence for skin improvements and had been suggested by our medical doctor. I felt welcomed by the owner and pleased to see beautiful treatment rooms which were private and comfortable. The introductory pricing is fantastic and I intend to come back multiple times because the ongoing pricing is attractive. I feel really good this evening and look forward to sharing this experience with friends and family.

I love going to this quiet space in the heart of Boulder to wind-down and decompress. I have tried both the "Quiet Cave" and the "Ocean Room" and enjoy them both. Although, I really like the Ocean Room as it has the cold plunge in addition to the sauna and red-light therapy. Additionally, I have had Thai Bodywork with Todd who was more than excellent. The bodywork paired with a sauna afterwards made for a perfect afternoon. I will be buying a package here to continue and highly recommend it!

I appreciate the privacy, low foot traffic, and attention to detail that is present. There are warm towels to use after sauna before cold plunge, and cool towels with aromatherapy to clean off before leaving. I’ll be getting my red light, sauna, and cold plunge needs met for a long time. Thanks for being open and flexible. It has become my favorite place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Boulder.

Great experience. Clean facility. I tried the red light, infrared sauna, and salt therapy which was all in one room. It’s private and the atmosphere is calming. The owner Todd is kind and helpful. There is a cold plunge room too, and Todd offers Thai body work!

Each time I visit, the sanctuary Todd Olson has created seems more complete and aligned with the science of human health and wellness. I travel from out-of-town for the various therapeutical options, and it’s utterly worth the trip.

Absolutely love coming here! Todd is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. The cold plunge and sauna are high-end and always in perfect condition. The Ocean Room is pure bliss: peaceful, relaxing, and full of thoughtful little touches that make the experience extra special. All of this at such a reasonable price. Can’t recommend it enough!
