Symmetry 360 Massage Boulder

Very relaxing couples massage and great atmosphere here, they don't rush you in or out. They have a sauna and cold plunge available which is cool. I like that they have package options and memberships so you can keep up with your self care. The bathroom door is unique- the handle is a flat piece of metal and you have to press it down to lock it just FYI. The space is up two sets of stairs from the street (see photos). Elizabeth and Rachel are great therapists and made some recommendations on stretching for my partner and I after our massages.

I am a 53 y/o woman who loves a massage, so I have had many in my life. My massage by Chris today was the best I’ve ever had—no exaggeration. I don’t even know how to describe it other than 75 minutes of perfection. I am visiting my daughter from TX and the first thing I did when I got in the car was look at my calendar to see when I can come back. From now on I will be seeing Chris every time I’m in Boulder.

Love the Boulder location. Parking is easy to access along the streets or just pay for the parking garage (free on the weekends still). Cameron is amazing and listens to what is needed or what needs to be focused on. All massage therapist are mindful of injuries and pressure. I recommend the monthly membership. It’s pays for itself and you get extra discounts! Highly recommend using the sauna before a session.

The best wellness/massage studio in Boulder. The front desk staff are so kind and knowledgeable. The studio is warm, inviting, and centrally located. The practitioners are all wonderful, I’ve been seeing Chris for years and couldn’t recommend him any higher. 10/10

Hands down, the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Elizabeth is amazing and has really helped my shoulder tension and back issues. I will definitely continue going to her and using the hot stones add-on.

It's small and quiet. Isabel is an amazing massage therapist! I am hoping the infrared sauna supports my health journey. Lovely place, I'll be back soon!

Such an amazing experience! Starting with the infrared sauna made all the difference. It relaxed my muscles and set me up perfectly for the massage. Leticia is an incredible therapist: highly skilled, intuitive, and focused on exactly what my body needed. I left feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and tension-free. Highly recommend!!
