My wife and I had a 90 minute couples massage with Amy and Courtney. We were promptly greeted at the front desk. Once checked in, we were taken to the relaxation room. We were offered a variety of beverages on our way back. We didn’t wait very long before being escorted to our room. They asked how we wanted our massages. The massages were excellent. We will definitely be back and will request Amy and Courtney.

I have been going here for Almost 3 years now, and my experience with this salon has always been Perfect. My stylist is Kaitlyn and every time I come in she is just so welcoming and so amazing at her job. I have never had anyone be able to make my hair look so voluminous and so beautiful like Kaitlyn. If you were wanting a confident booster or simply a relaxing and welcoming salon experience, I would definitely recommend Kaitlyn. She does an amazing job.

My favorite spa place ever! I love that it’s nice and dark and cozy for massages, the music is relaxing and not annoying or too loud. The beds you lay on are heated, what’s better than that? Nothing. Every single person in this place I’ve met is genuinely kind and welcoming. I also come to get my eyebrows done (and facials) with Katilyn, love her she’s so fun and easy to talk to. She’s the first person that has been able to give me a consistent look for my brows. I also used to always break out when I got my brows done at every place I’ve ever gone to, and this is the first time I’ve had no break outs in my life. What ever they use for wax is not sticky and does not break me out, must be magic idk. I literally booked with her the rest of the year lol. I was even able to drag my husband out for a couples massage, even he loves it and has gone several times. Anyways, stop searching and just come here!

The relaxing experience that I so needed began the moment I crossed the threshold. I was greeted with refreshing glass of water and waited for Brittany on a comfortable and low lit room. She met me shortly and I enjoyed the hot stone massage tremendously. I felt so relaxed and it made my entire day! I would recommend her for your next hot stone massage.

I was gifted the scalp massage and treatment. I believe it was called the power nap. Brooke did an amazing job and made the experience top notch.

I have attached photos of my before vs after getting a butterfly cut at Berkshire Salon & Day Spa on Main St by Denise. I’m in love with the result!! 😍 I have had some pretty bad experiences at salons, including very recently at a different salon where the stylist didn’t do what I wanted at all and made me feel like a burden. I have FINALLY gotten the haircut i have been dreaming about by the sweetest stylist, Denise, who made me feel heard and respected the entire time. The front desk staff was super sweet too, and my hair came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier!

Amy was incredible! I had a 90 minute massage with her. I walked out of the room at the end feeling so much of my neck and back tension completely gone. I could have cried. Highly recommend.
