I’ve been coming to this Bath Club for over 20 years, so I’ve truly seen it through many stages. I still remember when the entrance was just $30— yesterday we paid $80, which is a big increase over the years. The service was excellent: very polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which always makes the experience more pleasant. The food, as usual, was delicious, and the tea was great. We also really enjoyed the steam — two traditional Russian steam rooms and one Turkish wet steam room, all well maintained and relaxing. Overall, everything was very nice, and the atmosphere and service remain strong. My only complaint is the pricing, which feels overpriced(
Clean and authentic Russian bathhouse. Great steam rooms, amazing kvass, and delicious sukhariki. Perfect place to relax. Highly recommend.
We spent an afternoon there and in addition to the sauna we got food and drinks, which were delicious. The sauna was nice and warm, and very relaxing. The place felt like a cultural center for the local Russian community and we were warmly welcome. Last but not least, when we encountered an issue in the end the staff was very helpful in resolving it. Overall, this place is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Bath Club of NY.
They need to be more customer focused and d friendly Manager Rustam. Old Kazakh looking guy thinks they own in universe. www r today and switch to deferent bath because his c behavior We bring our own fish 2 yard and pay 10$ to cut That fish he is steel remember and atak as We usually spent 1000)$+. There company of3. And we newer came back there Good luck for business .With this type off owner they hey loose customer I wich very fast Valued customer for 15 years
Super disappointing and honestly a scam Upon entering, staff were rude and unwelcoming. The hallways are narrow and there are constantly people walking in and out. The fact that people wear outside shoes in the locker room was gross. The biggest issue is that there's nowhere to sit for free. For the $70 entrance fee, I'd expect to be able to sit even on a lawn chair for free. But you have to buy something to sit, and mineral water is $10! Sometimes you also have to make a reservation to even be able to sit at the small amount of tables that they do have. There are no places to cool down (no cold pools, no cold rooms) which is a key component of spas to help your body cool down. The only source water is from one tiny water fountain. Not a good way to encourage hydration.
An Exceptional Hidden Gem in NYC! Bath Club of NYC Inc is an absolute treasure tucked away in the heart of New York City. From the moment you walk in, you will fill the authentic Russian bathhouse style build in 1980 with very hot sauna and steam rooms. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every dish we tried was crafted with care, making it clear the kitchen takes pride what tasty Russian food . , Bath Club of NYC is the kind of exclusive venue you’ll want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a in Russian bathhouse
On the pro side, it’s a truly authentic Russian bathhouse experience. You feel transported back to the 1980s USSR. However, the price is nowhere near justified. All rooms and utilities unfortunately also are from the 1980s and - purely based on quality - this place is miles behind run of the mill equivalents such as Bathhouse or Othership. For $30, this would be an okay alternative. For $80, it is vastly overpriced and not worth coming back to regularly.
