Bathhouse

This was my first time at Williamsburg Bathhouse, I had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed. Absolutely all the staff are welcoming, friendly and polite. The changing rooms and the entire area are very clean. The rooftop pool and the view are stunningly beautiful! There weren't too many people, and there was enough space for everyone. All the visitors were respectful to each other. I didn't see anything negative that I had read in some of the reviews. Every 1.5 hours there's an Aufguss ceremony in one of the saunas where aromatic oils are used, and it was like magic; this affected me so emotionally that I cried. Don't know the name of the girl who performed it on Tue, Jan 20th in the afternoon, but if she reads my comment, I want her to know that she is simply amazing!

Its a vibe. Plenty of pools and saunas. Hot to cold, you have options. Locker room area is roomy and comfortable. Lotions, shampoos, towels readily available. The strategically placed clocks keep you aware of the time but allow you to fully experience everything as well. The heated roof top pool IS A MUST, yes; even if its snowing. That moment was picturesque and surreal. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Everything is designed to perfection, from the sleek atmosphere to the relaxing vibes that make you forget you’re in the middle of the city. The steam rooms and saunas are set at perfect temperatures, offering the ideal balance between heat and comfort. The pools are stunning, spotless, and incredibly relaxing — a true pleasure after a long day of walking around NYC. What really impressed me were the premium self-care products available in the showers — top quality and with amazing scents. Every detail feels carefully curated to create a first-class wellness experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and treat yourself, Bathhouse Brooklyn is an absolute must-visit. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been here a few times now and have always enjoyed coming here. This was my first time being back since they added the rooftop pool and additional baths. This was my second time dining in the cafe. This time there was an automatic 20% gratuity included. This is after paying at the counter, $17 for 4 wings, getting my own water, and getting the hot sauce that the staff member said "you can go grab yourself". Other than cook the chicken myself, I did most of the work but was charged a mandatory 20% tip. It ended up being over $5/wing. Definitely recommend eating beforehand. I understand the automated tip at the rooftop bar where they are serving you.

The facility is spacious and well-maintained; even on a busy holiday, it never felt overcrowded. ​The Positives: ​Exceptional Staff: The front desk was very welcoming, and the women’s locker room attendant was incredible—she worked tirelessly to keep the space spotless and fully stocked. Seriously, give her a promotion or pay-increase! ​Amenities: The salt sauna ceremony was a highlight! ​Pro-Tip: Bring a refillable water jug to stay hydrated. ​Areas for Improvement: ​The Café: Small space, not accomodating for crowded/busy days. Service was unfortunately disorganized and slow. One of our orders never arrived, and the woman's attitude was very rude and unprofessional when we followed up. While the manager did their best to make it right, the initial experience was frustrating. ​Pools: A more frequent skimming of the pools for stray hair would be a welcome addition. ​Verdict: I would absolutely return and recommend this spot to others—I’ll just plan to eat elsewhere next time!

Beautiful spa but the water wasn’t the cleanest. Peoples hair and other unidentified flying particles were floating around in the water which was kind of gross… It is a busy spa so it’s not so relaxing and quiet. More of an aesthetically pleasing spa. I will say the group meditation in the sauna was an amazing experience and the aroma therapy was a pleasant bonus. Espresso Martinis were not the best and the food was mid. The portions were on the smaller side but enough. But for $70 not too bad

Spent my daughter’s 32nd birthday on 9/18 and the weather was in the mid 80s - the rooftop pool was invigorating, the mimosas were spot on, and the inside pools were warm and relaxing. Definitely worth it to relax in peace and calm. Clean and efficient and helpful staff.
